2025-08-06I stopped by Cindy’s Nails as a walk-in mid-morning on a Wednesday and had a great experience! There was only one other customer at the time, so the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I came in for a gel manicure—my first in quite a while—and was impressed by their huge selection of colors. My nail technician was absolutely lovely: patient, detail-oriented, and never once made a comment about my (very short) nails, which I really appreciated. I’m so happy with how my nails turned out and will definitely be coming back!

2025-02-24Came here for the first time today. I’m very conflicted because after leaving I checked my nails in better light and there are flaws. The ends werent fully painted, there are uneven spots & my pinky nail tip is straight when the rest are slightly curved. And my thumb got knicked. Also I called last week and asked the price for medium coffin full set with gel and white tips and I was told $50 however I was charged $60. Also online it says they open at 9:30am so I got there at 9:30 just to find out they don’t open until 10am.

2025-06-07Poor Customer Service I called in on a Saturday morning. A gentlemen answered and I asked what their availability was. He said “huh” and I explained that I’d like to set up a pedicure appointment. He said “I don’t have time to talk to you.” And hung up. Hung up on a prospective customer. That was my experience. My spouse has gone before and enjoyed their services, but apparently if a male calls in to set up an appointment for his wife, they have no time for you. Or maybe they just are rude in general. Either way unacceptable.

2025-06-08Just know if you are not happy and it wasn't Cindy to do your nails then let Cindy know she will fix it. Also, if a male answers he doesn't mean to hang up on you but they have been being scammed by some man calling setting appointments in the past few weeks and then not showing. so he apologizes for Any issues this may cause someone.
