2025-11-18I had the BEST experience at Coco Nail Bar! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was amazing everyone was so welcoming and the vibe of the salon is super clean, cute, and relaxing. I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Emily. She is truly incredible! She pays so much attention to detail, makes sure you’re comfortable the whole time, and genuinely cares about making your nails look perfect. She listened to exactly what I wanted and somehow made them even better. If you want beautiful nails and the kind of customer service that actually makes you look forward to your appointments, go to Coco Nail Bar and book with Emily! Highly recommend!

2025-11-23This place is great and very welcoming. Funny thing is that I initially made the appointment for the store in hoffman estates or so I presumed. Ended up actually booking it to this place, called them to let them know the mix up and they were very understanding. Glad I made the mix up because the person who attended me Genji was great and very gentle with me especially since I was nervous in getting my nails done for the first time. Will definitely come again and redo them for my next appointment and get halloween sets. 🥰 Update: 11/23 Came back again and had my Halloween nails and just finished my Christmas set forgot to post them. Got a pedi to match my sets. The pedicures here are enjoyable didnt get it the 1st time but did for halloween and now. For the pedicure they soak, clean, exfoliate and massage your legs and the chair you sit on is also a massage chair so turn it on! They take such good care of me here so I'm going to keep coming back. Genji does my manicure and for pedi Marisol and Omar.
