I honestly tried to give this nail shop multiple chances, but every time I left disappointed in either the customer service, the attitude, or the quality of the work. After my most recent visit, I’m done. First visit: My gel-x nails were popping off within a week. I tried to be understanding and figured maybe it was just a bad set. Second visit: I asked the manager to do my nails. She had an attitude from the start, but she still did them. The vibe was uncomfortable, but I gave them another chance. Third visit: The manager again made it clear she really didn’t want to do my nails, but the set actually turned out cute and lasted. Even then, I still thanked her and told her, “Thank you for doing my nails even though you didn’t want to” and proceeded to tip her $20. The customer service still wasn’t good, but I tried to look past it. Last visit: This was the final straw. From the beginning, I didn’t want the guy to do my nails, and it was obvious he rushed everything. The nails were uneven, lumpy, and not smooth at all. Within a couple of days a nail broke, and before the week was over another one snapped too. On top of that, the communication was terrible. I showed him three or four different design options—very simple stuff—and instead of the manager coming over and talking to me directly, he kept walking back to her asking if the designs could be done. He kept telling me “no,” “no,” “no.” It was clear she basically forced him to do the design even though he clearly does not specialize in nail art. The whole interaction felt awkward and unprofessional. When I went back to get the broken nail fixed, the manager acted like she had an attitude again, and the repair she did was sloppy too. After giving this shop several chances, the customer service stayed terrible, the attitudes never changed, and the quality of the work was inconsistent and rushed. I wanted to tell my full experience because I really did try to be patient, understanding, and supportive—but this place just isn’t it.

Never had such a bad experience. Had a regular pedicure and no chip manicure and left town for a 4 day trip, two days after the services, I noticed vertical cracks on my foot nail polish and my no chip manicure which was painted very much below the nail line also started bubbling up. It was not even a week after, My no chip manicure started to chip. After the return I went to store and showed it to them. There was no apology & no refund.

I have been a faithful customer for over 6 years, the growth in expertise is incredible! The team is attentive and very detailed in how they handle your nails. So much dedication and knowledge. Lexi is an expert with a wide sense of design and nail art that not only looks good and premium but also doesn’t destroy your actual nails. The staff here care for the health of your nails just as much as they care for the art design.

Liza Nail was honestly one of the best nail salons inthis area I have ever been too! I got gel nail polish over 2 & 1/2 weeks ago and it is still on and they look flawless! Absolutely in love with my nails. Very clean, sanitary, smelled delightful, and my nails look fabulous.

Lady was nice but she did not follow the picture I gave her. I paid 90 and gave a tip and was not satisfied with the nails. If your going to pay almost 100 for nails she should have done them they way I wanted and follow the picture I gave her.
