The best nail salon in Naperville! I consistently leave with flawless, durable nails. The nails techs are extremely attentive to detail and work to ensure even the highest standards are met. The product line is always up to date with the latest trends , the salon is very clean and well maintained and the staff and management are friendly and fun. Glo is a one of a kind, exceptional salon in a saturated market of others that over promise and under deliver.

I’ve been coming to Glo Nail for over a year now, and while there were times I liked how my nails turned out, there were just as many times I left disappointed. I normally don’t complain, but today was the final straw. The effort put into my nails today was absolutely effortless it honestly looks like a toddler did them. I’ve given this place plenty of chances, but I can’t justify coming back anymore. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit.

I never try to write negative reviews for a small business but I’ve been going to Glo nails for a while and their customer service is just declining…. I asked for red cat eye nails and showed them the video of how someone had their nails done. The nail artist slammed the nail polish when I suggested her to do another method because I wasn’t loving the results… the manicure was messy and the next day I showed the owner that the black color was needing to the back of my nail… he said “honey that’s your nail color, I can’t help you with that.” He told me to come back the next day and the nail artist would clean up the edges as if people don’t have their jobs to attend to. My gel manicure started peeling in 2 days. Honestly, they are just rude and don’t care about their customers and know their customers are either Naperville moms or college girls who are too afraid to say anything. I will not be coming back to them anymore.

I had an amazing experience! This salon offers exceptional and professional service. Everything about this place makes you want to come back, from the atmosphere to the warm welcome and excellent service! 🌟 Highly recommend!

I came to get a gel x fill in and my real nails were long and healthy. Unfortunately the gentleman I had filed my real nails down completely and left me with uneven nails after I specifically mentioned how one of them is slanted. He was very much in a rush and I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt as I know the holidays can be tough but I’m very much displeased with my set after paying $85 including tip. (I’m a server and i understand gratuity and I didn’t want to not tip him) I can’t remember his name but please be aware of who is letting you touch your nails especially if they are healthy. I’ve been here a good amount of times as I work close by but I will not be returning.
