I can’t say enough good things about Bella Nails, especially David! He nails it (literally!) every visit and knows exactly how I like my nails done. They hold up so well that I typically only need to get them done once a month. The space is very modern, clean, and inviting — I’m always greeted by name when I walk in. Highly recommend! 💅

I’m constantly impressed by David and his team; they all do a great job everytime. The customer service is outstanding, the quality of work is top-tier, and the selection of colors and designs is huge! David is always gentle, precise, and incredibly skilled and gives great recommendations when I’m contemplating colors, shapes, nails goals etc. I typically get gel builder set/fills that last beautifully for 3-4+ weeks! Lily gave me an amazing no chip pedicure. I’ve had a great experience with other techs, too! I leave feeling pampered, relaxed and loving my nails everytime. Five stars, highly recommend!

The space is clean, calming, and beautifully maintained—truly a relaxing escape. David is incredibly talented and detail-oriented. My nails always come out perfect—whether it’s a simple manicure or intricate nail art, they nail it (pun intended) every single time. They listen to what you want, offer great suggestions, and make sure you leave feeling pampered and confident. I’ve been to many salons over the years, but this one stands out by far. They go above and beyond every time, and you can really tell they take pride in their work. If you’re looking for high-quality service, beautiful results, and a place that treats you like more than just a customer—this is it!

I went with my mom yesterday for a manicure and pedicure ($60 each for pedicures). The experience was very disappointing. • The pedicure was rushed — less than 5 minutes of massage, and they didn’t even remove the dead skin on the bottom of our feet. • After finishing our pedicures and when to sit to do our manicures I mentioned this to the manager, he spoke to the nail tech (in their language). She immediately stood up and left without saying a word, leaving my mom sitting there waiting about 10 minutes for someone else to come and finish her manicure. • The manager still expected me to pay full price. When I explained that none of the services were done properly, his response was: “I can’t control everything.” He only offered a small 10% discount, and I ended up paying $170 for services that were far from professional. • To make things worse, the nail polish quality was horrible. Please go somewhere else. There are many much better nail salons in Naperville. When a manager says he “can’t control everything,” that tells you everything you need to know about how little they value customers.

I had a very disappointing experience today. Although I was satisfied during my previous visit, this time I was asked to pay extra for something we had already discussed. I politely asked for my nails to be done from the base and not cut too short, but the technician ignored my request and became rude when I reminded him. When I asked for clarification, he demanded additional payment. I remained calm and respectful, especially because there was a pregnant woman ahead of me, but I was treated with a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. What happened today was not just bad service, it felt dishonest. Even when the owner showed up, no apology was offered. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this salon. I won’t be returning. No, the only one who should be unhappy here is you. This isn’t about me trying to scam you. If money were my goal, I wouldn’t have tipped $20 for the last service.
