ZAZA NAILS AND SPA OF OFALLON

Got a dip French mani with nail art and prob the best pedicure I’ve ever had from Sofia! So glad I tried this place it’s really pretty and relaxing inside, I also really enjoyed my complimentary drink. I chose an espresso martini and it was delicious 😋

I went to get a fix for a crack. We (including the staff) couldn’t find the original color. My cracked nail was fixed, but the rest of my nails were barely buffed before they were painted over. The green never dried because it was never applied appropriately. it was gloss over what I already had painted and bled all over my clothes all over everything. I decided to go to a completely different shop to fix this mess. This nail salon cost way too much money for this type of shit.

Had an amazing experience at Zaza Nail Salon today! Van was not only super friendly but incredibly talented. I showed her a picture of the nail design I wanted, and she matched it perfectly—better than I imagined! I’m so happy with how my nails turned out. Definitely coming back and hoping to book with Van again! Highly recommend! 💅✨

Where do I start…. I booked a reservation for 2 friends and I on December 7th at 1:30. I had full intentions of taking care of the whole bill and spoiling my girls. When it came to the service, Madison- didn’t request to have her feet buffed/sanded with her pedicure, they then charged her 10$ extra when she didn’t know it wasn’t apart of the service. They classified it as “shaping” she also did designs without confirming with me or Madison. Which is fine, but ask and let us know there was going to be an upcharge. I wouldn’t say no to what my girls want. Kaylenn- Ordered an espresso martini and it came out bubbly…not sure why when they arnt suppose to be. On top of that the person painting her toes couldn’t keep the paint on her nails (looked really messy) Me- no major complains on my pedicure. Now let’s get to the fingers. Madison, acrylic full set: Coming from someone who has a best friend who graduated as a nail tech. There was no cuticle maintenance at all, they didn’t ask her to wash her hands AT ANY POINT, and her apex was wayyyyyy to thick. Kaylenn, basic manicure with polish: They couldn’t keep the paint on her nails again, made no real attempt to clean it up either. Me, acrylic set: Again, as my best friend is a nail tech and has done my nails for years before moving…….i received no cuticle maintenance, they didn’t ask me to wash my hands, and no dust collector was going making my asthma go nuts. Today’s date is December 19th. 12 days post nail appointment and it looks like I’ve been wearing my nails for 3-4 weeks. THEY ARE 12 days old, my nails also don’t grow that fast. 4 of my 10 fingers are suffering from ring of fire due to them filing my nail bed too much. Leading to deep groves under my acrylics. Make your own decision going here, but please read all the reviews Madison- basic pedi w gel , acrylic set Kaylenn- basic mani pedi Bailey(me)- basic pedi with gel, acrylic set. 320$ had I not had my first booking coupon. Make wise choices. I probably won’t be going back.

The first time that I visited this establishment I wasn't greeted very well by one of the front counter hosts. But I spoke to the owner and she convinced me to come back and im so glad I did! The nail technicians are top of the line and very professional and I would recommend them! 💯 Im never disappointed with the services when I leave. If you get a chance check this place out you wont be disappointed.
