2025-12-05Very unhappy with my experience and the end result of both my hands and feet. During my pedicure, the gentlemen mistakenly cut my pinky toe which was really painful. I did not get the calf and foot massage as described in the package. The paint work was ruined and I asked them to fix it and a lady came back only painted on top of it which did not fix the issue. Then I got a manicure and as you can tell, my actual nail is still visible under the color. I personally did not say anything because I had to go back to work (I work remote and was on a break) and couldn't stick around to get it fixed. It seems as they think this quality work is acceptable and to me this was not worth the money. The injuries. The bad paint job. The nail still being visible under the color. Never okay to walk out of salon with this type of work. I might as well have done it myself !

2025-12-04I booked my appointment with Lee and I’m so glad I did. He exceeded my expectations. I showed him an image for what I was looking for and while we couldn’t do it exact due to the tips not being clear from a previous salon. Lee managed to make the nails look better than the inspiration photo I provided!

2025-06-28Look I never leave a bad review but this time. They came out bad. I go outside and start noticing all the mistakes. My nail tech made some of the nails look like they need a fill even though I just got them done. Like now I’ll have to be back in a week or so for how far the nail acrylic is from my cuticles. If she didn’t want to do my nails that’s fine. I could’ve waited for someone else. Not only that, they pop out.

2025-07-06I'm changing my review back to 5 starts because Lee the owner has reached out to apologize for another employee for being rude to me on Sunday so I'll be back next month to get my nails done hope I have a better time next time like always and the shop looks super nice with the remodel thank you Lee for making me feel welcomed back you did amazing job on my nails today
