Apex Nail Spa Montgomery

I’ve gone twice and each time I’ve loved my nails. The salon is so clean, greeters are so kind, they offer you a drink (water/pop) and the attention to detail is amazing. Apex, you have a loyal customer! Update: Another set, another happy customer! Christmas nails are my favorite. Jason went above and beyond to make sure my set stood out and added his own touches. So thankful they’re nearby!

Hands down the best nail salon in Montgomery! I came to Apex Nail Spa for acrylics and Jenna did my nails and absolutely killed it. She is so talented and really takes her time to make sure every details look perfect. The salon itself is flawless and the staff were welcoming. I was greeted by Annie- the owner and got offered drinks right the moment I walked in. The whole vibe just makes you want to go back. Highly recommended. Michelle gave me the cutest labubu for today visit!!

I am so happy I found Apex! I’ve been going for the last five months and my nails have never looked better! No matter what my vision, they can make it come to life! I always get compliments on my nails. Every nail tech is so kind and helpful, you can’t go wrong with any of them!

Katie did her big one on my manicure and nail art. She created a custom designed which combined my favorite features between two inspiration photos I was torn between. Katie was creative, precise, and quick. Hunter was gentle, thorough, and detailed while carrying out my lemon/orange pedicure. I made an appointment by phone the day before. I arrived a few minutes late and was immediately serviced. The place was clean, comfortable, and modern. The clients were given their choices of drink options; the staff was very attentive.

$95 and almost 2 hours later!! I don’t mind paying when the customer service is there and quality. I’ve been to apex before and have left happy every time. I showed the first person doing my nails a picture of what I exactly wanted no problem until he started doing the “deep french” tip. It was thick, uneven, and sloppy but I didn’t say anything because it took him almost 15 mins for 1 hand. He was annoyed when I asked if he was doing a deep french because it didn’t look like it. I apologized. He finished one hand and asked if I liked and I told him “no but that’s ok I need to go”. He stormed off and the owner pulled another person to finish the job. I apologized again for being difficult and the owner reassured me she wanted me to leave happy. Clearly the other person who was pulled to finish looked annoyed. Didn’t rub alcohol on my nails to clean up residue and didn’t put lotion on. $55 for fill $5 for cutdown $10 for chrome $20 for deep french. Im sorry but for the length of my nails and quality price did not match.
