2025-11-11The nail salon is very pretty and luxurious feeling! The front desk staff are extremely kind and attentive, making you feel super special which is very lovely! I got a pedicure and no-chip manicure on a Thursday morning. The pedicure turned out great and was a really nice experience. The no-chip manicure unfortunately, did not meet expectations. The nail technician filed harshly leaving two splinters in my pinky finger that I needed to take out at home. Four days later the no-chip polish is already chipping and looks very grown out, lifting on multiple nails. I would gladly come back for a pedicure, but would not return for a manicure.

2025-07-307/30/25. I got a deluxe pedicure by Vicky and a full acrylic set (with cat eye) by Lucy. Both technicians were very attentive and detail oriented, and I appreciated their communication. They addressed me by name and were very kind; they reassured that they would take their time and explained the why behind each step. The environment is clean and bright. I felt truly valued and appreciated. AND I left with happy feet and beautiful hands :)

2025-10-11Today was my first visit to H&D Nail Spa and I am already looking forward to my next visit! Everyone is truly so wonderful, here. They were so gracious to me when I had to reschedule my appointment a few times. The facility is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. I appreciate that they also sterilize their instruments properly and have a wonderful system for their nail color books. They also won me over when they offered an iced latte, among other beverage options! I personally worked with Vicky and she made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I know my nails and cuticles are not the easiest to work with. I also am simple in my nail choices, so I'm sure I'm not as exciting to work with. However, she did not make me feel bad about it at all! That is something that is so important to me. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back! P.S. Get the VIP Pedicure with the hot stone massage! It was worth it!
