2025-11-30If I could give negative stars I would! Went here of Friday for builder gel and needless to say will not be returning, scheduled an appointment at 930 and I get there and the tech that was giving me service was just back and fourth and did not start my set until after 30 minutes. She then wanted to do a gel fill and when I told her it was builder gel she had the audacity to tell me she didn’t think it was, like excuse me I was there 4 weeks prior and had builder gel done! Insinuating I didn’t know what service had received after clearly being annoyed at my request for builder gel she then in her native language asked another question employee to continue with my service. She ended up having to do it because that tech had an appointment! The polish job was horrible to say the least and my nails look like they are over a week old when it’s only been 2 days. She didn’t even bother to remove the cuticle. It’s as simple as letting the customer know that there was no one available and I would’ve waited for someone to be available that would’ve done a good job not someone who clearly was bothered to provide a service I was going to pay for and did a poor job. At the same time I was there another unsatisfied customer returned to have her nails repaired so I say beware and at your own risk when you go to this place.
