We just wrapped up the most amazing spa afternoon at Zi Spa! The entire staff was so accommodating to our large group. They pampered us and provided us with our own intimate room to relax and visit in between after services. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax. We love Zi Spa and we will definitely be back for our next group event!

I recently visited Zi Spa with two friends, and we had a fantastic experience! I had Diara, and my friend had Sarah, both were absolutely fabulous, delivering skillful massages that left us feeling rejuvenated. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, providing the perfect escape from daily stress. Cailyn at reception greeted us with warmth and professionalism, and the entire staff was respectful with amazing attitudes. We enjoyed the complimentary mimosas, which were a delightful touch, though we had to ask for them. I’d recommend Zi Spa offer them proactively at check-in and have them ready for guests. We’re already excited for our next visit, highly recommend Zi Spa for a top-notch spa day!

**** Sofia called today to rectify the situation. I am glad that they care about customer service because the spa was wonderful and the massage therapist was truly amazing. Thank you for honoring the deal that was available during my purchase. I appreciate the call back and hope the rest of your customer service representative are as wonderful as you****I bought $200 worth of massage service and the massages were wonderful. I found out they had a special going on after my visit. The special was if you spend $200 you get an additional $50. I called to see if they would honor the special because they did not notify me of deal. During my visit, I let the front desk person know this was my first time at the spa. The call did not rectify the missed deal. I am really unhappy with the recovery service. A good business would honor that and encourage repeat business.

Called and asked to book a basic pedicure. Informed the receptionist that would most likely use regular polish and remove the gel polish. Met with Laura who was very kind and discussed removing the gel and doing basic pedicure with reg polish due to health concerns. There was no discussion of an extra price for removing gel polish or asked if I wanted a massage at an extra cost. Putting lotion on legs and feet and ribbing it in with a small massage is not a foot massage that would constitute a real fiit massage which you do quote that you do and Laura and I discussed is available in the spa or massage area, The price when I went to pay was quite a bit higher and the attitude was basically, sorry but this is the price. No real concern showed, even though I said I and family had other appointments booked and would consider not keeping those appointments. Really so petty for a business that counts on recurrent visits and word of mouth referrals. There are other reviews similar that I have read and still booked my appointment, hoping that they were wrong. Maybe not!! Mrs Webb

Great manicure service provided by gal named Laura 👏 👌 👍. It was my first time visit & so glad I choosed Laura from the website choice of nail tech. I was so very happy for the service. I immediately made another appointment for pedicure 😀. Front desk lady was amazing 👏 too offered me drink right away after I checked in for my appt. Place is well organized 👌 👍 & beautifully set up. Can't wait for my next appointment. Surely, I'll be coming back for more. 🥰
