Amazing amazing amazing. Alex = AMAZING. WOW, the salon…stunning. Receptionist was incredibly welcoming, I appreciate the tour of the salon as a new client so you feel extra comfortable and aware of all their services (head spa, I’ll be back for you) they have it all! You know you’re in good hands when you’re at a Kerastase/L’oreal salon. I’m a former hair dresser and trained at a Kerstase salon with high standards, I could tell Runway has them too. I came to Alex with a botched bob (done by me because the prior haircut was awful and I had no choice but to take it short) I kept cutting at it because I couldn’t take it and finally sleuthed the salons near me for someone capable of a detailed cut. She truly listened to what I had been through and what I wanted and oh em gee did she deliver, I’m no longer sad to have short hair, it’s sassy, young and chic. Thank you Alex for restoring my faith in professional and talented hair artists!!! Can’t wait to be back.

Kimber is literally an angel. They helped me relax with a fantastic head spa session and then a 90 min massage. They really understand how to heal the body and cater to you, genuinely. I highly recommend. Everyone that worked at the salon said hi to me and I even met the owner, who was incredibly friendly as well. I will be coming back!

Ava is the bomb!!! I came in wanting a full acrylic set and nail art. Left with a fantastic set a big smile on my face! Ava was so sweet and so patient( I have a serious case of indecisiveness) she made sure I was getting exactly of what I wanted! The atmosphere was so wonderful and everyone was so sweet! Snacks and beverages were offered, and everyone was so excited to see the final artwork! Runway is definitely my go-to! Thanks Ava!
