I’m sure the other nail techs are not providing the same service that I had done so I don’t want to leave a negative impression for the entire salon, just the experience with one nail tech. I had my nails done by Vivian and I was super disappointed in the nails I received because of the structure and overall damage to my hands. The design is okay but messy and not what I asked for. The nails look like a set of press on nails that are two sizes too small for my hands. You can see the line on the end of my nail bed and finger tip that shows how far back into my nail bed she filed. She had filed so far back that almost every finger has cuts/burns from how aggressively she did this. You can also see the obvious difference from how thin they are filed in from my natural nail bed. These are extremely short and pointy when I had asked for a long, rounded, oval shape. You can still see the color around my cuticle from the last set I had. She trimmed my cuticles after applying the acrylic so I have multiple cuts on my cuticles. Used the drill to treat my cuticles and gave two open cuts that bled and are now inflamed. I have never had a more painful set of nails done. My hands were throbbing the rest of the night and still sting whenever I wash them. Vivian told me my nail bed on one had was shorter then the other so she had to cut my nails down to make them even. That’s not true and so now one hands nails are significantly shorter than the other. Overall very disappointed to have spent $60 on such a careless and painful nail experience. I tried to reach out to the salon owner to let her know and didn’t get a response. To avoid someone else getting so much damage done to their nails and hands, I resorted to writing a review.

Cassidi does the most amazing nails! Salons beautiful, staff is friendly and atmosphere is amazing. Won’t go any where else!

I bought a Groupon for a color and a cut that is listed for this business. I left 3 messages via the number listed for someone to call me back and never heard back. I called the main phone number and they told me to try to find that specific stylist via Facebook. Despite being listed under this business, they basically tell you that you’re out of luck.

I got a pedicure from Taniesha & it was amazing! The salon is cute & comfortable & Taniesha was sweet & easy to chat with. She does permanent jewelry as well so I ended up with an anklet as well! 10/10 will definitely be back
