I only gave one star because I HAD to in order to make a review. I've been getting nails done for over ten years not only have i NEVER had a problem with any nail tech for ANY reason but I've also never ever had a set so bad I had to ask for it to be fixed. Keep in mind I came to this salons multiple times after I moved to this area I was a regular then one day I come in and there's a new lady there and I get her; no big deal everyone has to start somewhere. She took over an hour to DRILL OFF MY GEL. I was only getting a polish change on my short real nails it should've taken maybe thirty mins. Still not upset tho she starts my cats eye, CLEARLY doesn't know how to do it so she asked another lady and she showed her and asked me how it looked I said great and then the new lady tried, took another 20 mins to get one nail cat eyed and it looked AWFUL I was so embarrassed I politely said "hey I'm just gonna change to a solid color before we do more then these two nails because I can see I don't like it (remember I've gotten this exactly color at this exact place multiple times so I DID like it but not the way she did it and I was trying to be polite. I get solid pink and at this point I've been here two n a half hours so I'm annoyed and just decided how bad can someone mess up solid color right? And I put my head in my phone. Jokes on me cause she BUTCHERED THEM. Lifting off my nails bubbles, globs, chunks and all over my skin. I walked to the front I said "listen I'll still pay but I just want these nails off they're absolutely awful and I'd rather walk put with nothing then these. I was as polite as I could be. Manager took them off continuously asking if I wanted a dif color I said no I would like to leave this salons I'll pay someone else to do my nails. I walk to the counter to pay for the nails I NEVER received and spent TWO hours in there for because I'm just that kind of person, and she told me "I'm going to give you this one for free" LIKE SHE DID ANYTHING AT ALL FOR ME EXCEPT WASTE MY TIME, then tells me "but you cannot come back" girl I was gonna pay AND not come back so that's your loss. Super bummed, I've never had an experience like this but all I can say is when nail techs tell u "why didn't u tell me u didn't like them" that's damn why. So watch this salons

Got my cat eyes halloween nails done here, it's so pretty. The lady did slow but surely make it look perfect for my nails, i'm okay with that.

What great work!! JJ is excellent- a bit quirky and fun! She is super talented and listens to what her customers want! I am going back for my 4 fill!

Best pedicure I've gotten in a LONG time. The staff was friendly and got me settled quickly. My tech was very friendly and chatted with me on and off during my service. I paid a little extra for a special lotion & sugar scrub treatment and it was worth every penny! She even opened the packet to give me some lotion for my hands. After painting one nail she stopped to make sure I liked how the color turned out. I couldn't recommend more highly.
