Worst nail experience I have ever had. I’ve never left a review for anything before but felt the need to share my experience. I had an appointment at 6:30 pm for a pedicure and a full gel x set. Although they do close at 7:30 pm, they reassured me that it was more than fine and they were positive they can get what I was looking for done. I’m not sure if they were rushed or what happened, but my nails looked absolutely horrible. Not only did one pop off maybe 30 minutes after my appointment, but all ten popped off within 12 hours, along with some of the gel polish on my toes. Not to mention, my nails were pointed up and did not look natural one bit. I’ve never had my nails look the way they did after they were done. I got my nails done for a trip but wouldn’t even be happy with the product if they were to have stayed on. Matter of fact I would’ve been absolutely embarrassed to have shown anyone my nails. I tried to ask for some kind of refund, even if it was not the full amount, but apparently they have no way of issuing refunds, which is false, they just did not want to do a refund. I will never be returning and hope that someone never has the same experience I did.

I’m not from Idaho. Just visiting! I Was just bored and needed something to do to kill time. They were very busy.. Very calm/caring environment.! As for the nails I am not complaining they did an amazing job on my nails and my toes. The service was amazing from everyone! As for the acrylics they are nice but I do wish I did go a longer in the Acrylic nails themself they are a little short for my person liking. (he did ask multiple times if the length was okay and I agreed to try something new) therefore it was not the guys fault! I do also wish I asked him to do the French tip a little bit thinner but other than that probably would come here again.

They were so rushed. I waited for 20 minutes and then they spent about 20 minutes on my nails. I can’t believe they charged $50 :/ the polish is see through (not enough layers) and the edges of my nails aren’t even painted- looks like I could’ve done a better job myself- would’ve expected better from going to a salon :/ their “manicure” was trimming cuticles and rubbing lotion… still had nail dust all over my hands.. nails still rough, doesn’t even look like I got it done at the salon despite $50 down the drain. on the plus side they were willing to accommodate me and they were fast… maybe too fast.

Michael was very rushed. He got up to great clients multiple times or answered his phone. He nicked me with the hand nail file and then blamed me for not being relaxed enough. I gave up on saying anything about how they looked after a few times as he seemed agitated with me saying anything and even more rushed. Photos of simple black french on coffin shaped nails and you being a judge 6/16/2025. He couldn't even be bothered enough to finish taking off my plane glitter polish. I had such high hopes as the reviews were so good. The pedicure was fantastic, though, but Michael didn't do that part, so that probably has something to do with it. Went back to allow them to fix it... I gave you the benefit of the doubt. I shouldn't have to tell a "professional" how to do their job, but I did. If you don't see the problem with your work and I only get the color filed off and a bad redo of it. I also got a gift card to come back as if I would want to. No I won't take this down for you. (Deep curve french is the redo, again y'all be the judge.)

My teenage daughter had saved up her own money and wanted to get her nails done. We did not have an appointment, but they were able to accommodate us after a 30 minute wait or so. She had a picture of what she wanted, and Michael was very patient with her. She’s a perfectionist and he redid one of the designs several times. My daughter would normally not say anything, but Michael made her feel comfortable enough to speak up. He told us it’s better to tell him now and be sure we’re happy with the work, rather than go home and complain about it. I was also surprised with how quick he was. He really knew what he was doing! My daughter was pleased with the results. Even if you end up having to wait for a manicure, the speed they work at will make up for that time and get you on your way!
