I absolutely love my nails every time I leave Amberlie at Bella! She is an amazing nail tech who consistently delivers flawless results. Her attention to detail and creativity always leave me impressed. I’ve tried other places in the past, but I won’t ever go to another nail tech again. Had a great time at Bella on Tuesday. Kathy knocked it out of the park again! I had my hair colored and cut and it came out exactly what I wanted and more importantly what I needed. She always knows what looks good on me and doesn't let me try anything that will leave me disappointed. I love that when you walk into Bella you are always greeted by so many of the stylist, they may each have their own business and clientele but they go out of their way to make you feel like they are all taking care of you.

When I first met the stylist Tylin at Bella Hair Designers I showed her a video of the color I wanted, my hair was originally a level 7 or 8 and I wanted a light ash brownish red with subtle highlights, I ended up with a color very different, and very dark, it was a blackish red at a level 3 or 4. The stylists shrugged her shoulders as if my opinion didn't matter and told me it would fade with time to the color I wanted, I left with hesitation to get a second opinion. The primary issue with this specific hair stylist in Idaho Falls is that she strives to be artist, but does not possess the necessary talent or common sense to excel in her profession. I revisited the stylist, providing her with an opportunity to rectify her mistake. However, after removing the color, she failed to apply a toner to neutralize the remaining brassy tone. Although my hair is not horrendous, it could be improved if she had set aside her ego and devoted more effort to the situation. Her failure to recognize her mistake and make a genuine attempt to fix it, even after I politely recommended it, reflects poorly on her business practices and her overall character. When I requested a 50% refund, she offered only $25, stating that I did not even deserve that amount because I am a "picky customer"...I would expect that behavior from an amateur, not a professional. To establish a successful career as a stylist or in general, it is essential to recognize one's strengths and weaknesses, acknowledge mistakes, and set aside one's ego. Bella Hair Designers

Just left Bella and am feeling beautiful!!! Collette is simply amazing at my precision cut, color and style and I highly recommend Tia for matching beautiful brows and gorgeous semi permanent eyeliner that has me waking up looking fabulous and never smears or smudges~ I get compliments allll the time on my hair and my husband says I’ve never looked better as my eyes now pop perfectly and “naturally” with no makeup needed. Highly recommend!!

They were very fast, friendly, and prices were great. I felt really comfortable the whole time and reassured I would be happy with the result. Dawn dyed my hair in less than 2 hours, the fastest dying experience I’ve ever had, and it turned out great! She did what was best for my hair and I’m extremely impressed. This was my first time there and I can definitely say it will not be my last!
