The Herbal Nail Spa - Bellevue

I had an outstanding experience at Herbal Nail Spa in Bellevue. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how welcoming and professional the staff was. The entire team goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and the customer service is truly excellent. Ellie, in particular, is incredible. She is attentive, patient, and makes sure you are happy with every detail of your visit. The spa itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything feels fresh and organized, which immediately puts you at ease. You can tell that cleanliness and safety are top priorities here, which makes a big difference compared to many other places. As for the results, I could not be happier. Ellie takes her time to ensure the finish is flawless, and my nails looked perfect when she was done. She clearly cares about both the look and the health of your nails, and it really shows in her work. Another thing worth mentioning is the care and attention you receive throughout the appointment. It never feels rushed, and Ellie checks in along the way to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. It feels more like a spa experience than just a nail appointment. On top of all that, the pricing is very fair for the level of service and quality you receive. You are getting top-notch results in a clean and relaxing environment without feeling overcharged. I highly recommend Herbal Nail Spa in Bellevue, and especially Ellie, to anyone who wants beautiful nails, outstanding service, and a relaxing experience from start to finish.

Ellie is amazing!! My daughter brought a picture of what she wanted and Ellie did an incredible job of matching it! It was my daughter’s first time getting acrylics and she loved the whole process! Thank you Ellie for such an amazing experience!

Jay is my favorite nail tech! I first discovered her in Renton, and when she switched locations, I was so glad she did. She’s incredibly attentive and truly cares about your nails, always making sure you leave satisfied. She’s so good that she has a waitlist now! Jay works Thursday through Sunday — I just wish she was available during the week because she’s always booked. Definitely request Jay — she’s the best, and you’ll never leave the salon unhappy. The owners are also wonderful. They’re attentive and genuinely care about the well-being of both their staff and clients. I once had a payment issue at the Renton location, and the owner resolved it quickly. I really appreciate his great customer service. His wife, who occasionally works at the salon, is also super talented with nail designs.

Ellie was so amazing she was so nice to be around and did my nails perfectly! My gel x had no flooding and the nail art is so cuteee. Throughout the entire process she made sure I was happy with the nails. Additionally, the overall environment of this salon is very nice. It didn't feel like they were judging me in a different language and its very clean with relaxing music playing in the backround. I loved it here and would definitely recommend this place and Ellie to others! Thank you Ellie!! Unfortunately she doesn't work here anymore though 😔

I’ve had very mixed experiences at this place, really comes down to who you get I suppose. This review from my last visit. I was here to get acrylics done before a vacation and the experience was horrible. First off, the technician cut into my cuticles multiple times and I bled from multiple fingers several times (which has NEVER happened to me in over 15 years of getting my nails done at several different salons). It was painful and she said “sorry” but was still very aggressive with that filing tool. Secondly, I’ve short hands and the acrylic was so thick it literally looked like claws. It was so disappointing and I wouldn’t go back!
