Secret Garden Nails & Beautique - Bellevue

Possibly the nicest mani/pedi I've ever had! The space is lovely and quiet—no loud news or gameshows, no loud talking. The pedicure chairs are semi-private and are tipped back for "zero-gravity" during the massage portion of the pedicure. As soon as I sat down I was given a warm blanket and neck warmer. The chair was super comfy with a gentle massage sensation. It was VERY relaxing! Annie made my toes look beautiful. Also got a dazzle dry (non toxic) manicure which looks great. Lovely massage and perfect cuticle trimming. Annie also helped build up a nail split I've had for years. The service at Secret Garden was far and above any other nail salon I've visited in Seattle. I will be back!

Probably the worst manicure I have ever had. She only cut cuticles on 9 nails, forgot one nail. Then she dipped the brush in the nail polish ONCE for all 10 nails. Subsequently the polish was see through for 2 coats. I told her I only wanted 2 coats, but that would have looked even worse since she barely used any polish. For my pedicure I told her I didn’t want a massage or lotion. So I just had my cuticles done and a color change. I was charged 155$ for a basic pedicure with no massage, no lotion, and the manicure you see below. Not sure what I was even charged for. Will not be going back.

I went to Secret Garden in Bellevue for a luxury pedicure on my birthday and I had Nora as my tech. She was amazing! The service was clean, relaxing, and I really enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommend!

This is the best pedicure I’ve ever had! The massage and attention to detail during the service was unlike any other salon or spa I’ve been to! This was my first time at this nail salon and my experience started out unpleasant; I walked in on time for my appointment, but spent 15 minutes in the waiting area without any employees acknowledging me. A few employees saw me and continued working on their clients’ nails—which I understand, I wasn’t expecting them to drop everything and assist me—but it was odd that there wasn’t someone at the reception desk or any follow up to alert someone else after the employees clearly knew I was waiting there for a long time. I finally gave up waiting after 15 minutes and decided to take a look at the nail swatches, and only after that, did an employee come to ask if I was here for an appointment. She explained they were busy on weekends, which certainly makes sense. I can empathize that it’s hard to juggle a lot of customers! I just wish there was more forethought into anticipating and making changes to better the experience when someone walks in for the first time. After I was finally seated for my pedicure, my experience was amazing! I was offered water, told about the ingredients they used in the scrub, and given warm towels and blankets. The massage was incredibly relaxing and the zero gravity chair made it even better! The nail polish selection was great and the application was very precise. I think this is the best pedicure I’ve ever had! I’ll definitely come back in the future on a weekday when it’s a bit less busy.

I have never been a nail person. I found that getting pedicures and manicures was often not relaxing, with glaring lights, loud talkers and questionable cleanliness. That was until a friend sent me here raving. This place, with its comfy no-gravity massage chairs, soft music, old black and white films, dim lighting, and “no talking“ policy is an absolute gem. I find myself here almost weekly for a superfluous nail service, just to have 45 minutes of quiet and relaxation. They use all individual nail equipment, sterilized and wrapped for single use with each client, with copper water basins that are filled with individual biodegradable liners. The at-least 20 minute leg massage with each pedicure, not to mention warm blankets and neck warmer, almost always puts me to sleep. The staff is lovely; the owner is impeccable - she has a beat on every service and every client. I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and book a nail treatment here. You will find yourself dreaming about it long after.
