Pala'Zio Salon And Day Spa

I took my daughter to get her nails done here today, and it was a great experience. We originally went to Lavish Nails, but they didn't have appointments available and did not seem very welcoming when we approached the counter. They were not exactly rude, but they were not welcoming either. So we decided to try Pala'Zio since they have mostly good reviews. Once we entered, we were immediately greeted and felt much more comfortable and welcomed. We were seated in a waiting area, which was nice and peaceful, and we were offered water. I had a short wait before being seen, and my daughter had to wait just a little longer, but it wasn't too bad. They were all very friendly and took their time to take care of us. A huge thank you to Jenny and Diamond, our Nails came out great! We will definitely be back. Update: I have been coming here for a couple of months now, and Jenny always takes great care of me and does a great job. My nails always come out great, and she's extremely courteous and friendly. Diamond and Naomi took great care of my niece and mother today as well. They are all really nice and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this spa/nail salon! A huge Thank You to all three of you!

It is very clean here and the service was amazing. They were able to accommodate me even though it was last minute. I got a fill and a pedicure by Kathy and she did an amazing job. She made sure I was happy with everything before I left. Everyone was really nice here. This will be my new spot.

To start I don’t see how this place have 5 star, I appreciate the fact that they took me at the last minute but seems like they have the worse styles for it. I went to get a flat iron and trim the lady don’t understand what is a trim because she cut over 2 inch and when I went to check out the guy goes $119.00 I be like for a straightening and trim and he said shampoo style I be like she did not wash my hair, so he went to to talk to her and came back and said it’s $103. And I went to another salon and the lady told me that my hair was chopped off and not long layers, the hair will grow back but the fact that He didn’t try to make it right at all. We being given them so many chances with massages and facials and they still don’t care. I will miss Ms Annie because she is the only one who appreciates her customers. But this last visit was it for me. As a manager or owner you want for the customer to keep coming back not continue to run them away.

I love this place, great massages, eyebrow wax, manicures and pedicures this place has it all at a great price too. The workers are all amazing and nice, especially annie for my nails. Ive been to other salons, but i always end up coming back to them because only they do an amazing job consistently

The lady at the front desk was very sweet and patient. Matter of fact, all of the staff there is very nice. Beautiful ladies!!! I got a manicure with my mom and she surprisingly did it very quickly. And although she did it quickly, it didn’t worsen the quality of the nails at all. In honesty, it was utter perfection!! They are very friendly. And the prices are very reasonable. You’re able to just walk in with no appointments which was very convenient since me and my mom just suddenly decided to get our nails done. If you’re going to get a mani or pedi, i highly recommend this place. I really like the decoration here, and unlike other spa places, this place does NOT stench like chemicals at all, despite the nails and nail tech being close to entrance. So it didn’t make me light headed at all. Nail tech was so gentle, and when cutting my cuticles had very amazing precision, and didn’t cut me at all. My nails are so shiny and I looove it so much. Definitely recommend this place if you want speed AND quality.
