I am so thankful for Body & Mind Spa because it is a gem tucked away in a corner of Pearl Ridge Mall that has been transformed into a quiet, peaceful sanctuary. For over a year, I have had a number of massage specialists and quite frankly, all are great. But I must share that Amy (Apassara) Uyeda provided me an ultimate therapeutic massage so unique which demonstrated her expertise in a myriad of disciplines including Thai massage and lomilomi that I have booked her twice a week for the past several weeks. Each session is different which means she is attentive to the every fluctuating needs of my body, and for that I am so grateful. Book her once and you’ll agree with me that it’s the best present you could give yourself.

So easy to book online. Very reasonably priced. Convenient location. Amy gives an amaaaaazing Thai massage and checks often how you’re feeling. I have never had a Thai massage before - I’ve had Swedish, lymphatic, and hot stone, and the Thai massage from Amy has been next level and very healing.

I was really sore from my work out and I just had to schedule a massage. Amy took me as she was available and her work is amazing. Her Thai massage is really great especially if you tight and sore muscles. She is very friendly and very caring. Worth the price 👍.

I've had some really good massages and facials here with a few different ladies. So recommend that and would probably give 4-5 stars for most of my massage and facial experiences! The romance package for two is great. I've recently tried chiropractic and cupping, which I'm honestly not sure is helping that much for my pain areas. Not really the practitioners fault, it might just not really be working for my specific issues. I do feel a lot of pressure from the team at that office... to come more often, to buy packages, and to tip... and I'm not sure that's standard practice, to tip a doctor performing what is considered a medical treatment. It's made me feel a bit awkward when I engage with them, and after my package expires I'm not sure I'll continue those specific services.

I have been looking for a massage place that takes the Ash medical benefit. I’m so happy that I stumbled across Body & Mind Spa. I work on a computer all day and my body was so tense. After Amy worked on me, my body feels so much better all around. She used techniques that helped loosen my body up and I haven’t felt like this in years.
