My entire adult life, I've always either gotten my eyebrows waxed or threaded at the local mall or nail salon. I moved from Iowa to Honolulu Hawaii in 2020. I searched YouTube to understand what ambre eye brows and permanent makeup consisted of. I then googled two ort three local businesses in my area. The welcoming voice on the other line was Grand Master YEN CAO'S polite daughter scheduling my appointment. Its' been I came back 2 years later for my touch up, got the same professional customer service from Gran Master YEN CAO'S entire staff as usual. I pay attention to the attitudes of customers when I spend my hard earned dollar, I never seen any of the customers with a disappointment face, just as myself, they were satisfied with their results. I moved from Honolulu Hawaii in 2022, However; my daughter and I just moved back to Honolulu Hawaii, 12 days ago. I didn't even search for another person, I booked with GRAND YEN CAO again. I will still with this wonderful lady. Today made my 3rd appointment with her. God bless and have a beautiful day everyone.

From the moment I walked in, I received warm, professional, and attentive customer service. I had both a manicure and pedicure with massages included, and the results were perfect—neat, delicate, and done with great care. While enjoying the service, I was offered a delicious coffee, and at the end, a refreshing tea that beautifully completed the experience. The atmosphere is relaxing, modern, and very clean, making it easy to unwind and feel pampered. Very expensive salon but at least they used to do quality work. Thus I faithfully paid $200 bills for nail fills (with pedicure) for almost a year. Unfortunately they switched to cheaper supplies and my nails immediately started lifting. One by one EACH i had to re-glue but due to my severe medical lethargy I could not reach out to them immediately. Thus when I asked the salon owner Ms Yen for a refund or a re-do and she sent a response telling me to Take my Biz elsewhere as they no longer want to provide services. No refund, NO re-do, just get lost basically. So here is my honest review that i have to post with sadness as one would expect better from a salon you supported for a YEAR.
