I had a horrible experience for my FIRST time being there i wanted a cute short stiletto set with french tips they was so ugly i had to get a all over color where it was still ugly tried to charge me $75 ugh a $60 set gone to waste my nails are different size and fat looking i will add pictures what i got vs. what i asked for

I've found my new place!! Every single minute was an experience!! I enjoyed a Collagen Pedicure in the VIP room. The owner was visible and kept checking on the customers to see if we needed anything. Jayden was phenomenal!! Previous reviews were on point. He paid close attention to the needs of my feet. The steamer was a plus. You won't regret going to Queen Nail. I highly recommend! 5/5

My first time today at Queen Nail & Spa. What a wonderful experience! I will never go anywhere else. Julie was my technician & she did a fabulous job! Many pedicures in my lifetime but this was, by far, the best ever!

Will not go back there. I went there with my sisters for us to get a pedicure. First time all of us could go together. My sister chose to use the VIP room. I had used the VIP room at other salons before. First, they told me that I could NOT sit by my sister, that I had to sit across, which was not directly across. After I asked them to please let me sit by her, they still said no that I had to sit across from them. After I sat across from them in the chair I HAD to sit in, they showed me the choices for getting a pedicure. She was pointing to an expensive one and I told her I wanted to deluxe. She told me that couldn’t get that one due to me being in the VIP room. I told her no, I was not going to pay that much for a pedicure. She then told me that I would have to go out of that room to get that choice. So to stay with my sisters I got the least expensive for that VIP room. No other salon makes you pay more for their VIP room. I will never go back and would never recommend this salon. Also, my polish didn’t dry after hours so it messed up.

I've been to almost every nail place in Middle Georgia and I've found the BEST! I can't wear long fingernails but, I do enjoy a good pedicure. Ask for Jimmy he is excellent and his leg and foot massage is AWESOME. The salon is very clean and quiet for a very relaxing experience. If you're looking for the best...come HERE. I enjoyed the VIP room for a real experience of calm and relaxation.
