2025-12-07I am very unhappy with my nails. The pedicure service was great but my manicure is horrible. I had SNS manicure and took it off to do a Gel manicure. I was not informed of a 10 charge to take of SNS, which is forgivable. I asked the lady who was doing my nails if a clear gel look would look okay. She said yes but I’m not sure she even understood what I said. Then when she finished, my nails were flimsy. I asked her why as I have had many manicures with my natural nail length and never experienced flimsy nails. She then called someone over who spoke better English and then explained that I had gotten SNS taken off and that meant my nails would be weak. Sure, but a gel manicure should strengthen them again?? So not only are they weak and I’ll probably end up cutting them but they look ugly and damaged.

2025-08-07Came here after seeing all the rave reviews and did not have a good experience with Holly. She was extremely rushed on the service of my nail and the application of the gel was uneven. You can see that for this BASIC gel application she didn’t even get the full nail and the nail was not filed evenly despite me repeatedly telling her to get it even. The only redeeming factor is that when I asked for an additional layer of polish due to the streakiness of the initial application she did oblige.

2025-08-06The first person who did my nails did not know what she was doing. I asked for builder gel but got gel polish. Yes, two of my nails were broken when I got there but they shouldn’t have broken just 1 day after the job was done. The top of the nail is not smooth. The French tip was very sloppy. Then I go back to get it fixed they give me a hard time. Made me wait more than 30 minutes go back and forth before speaking to the owner and me demanding that it’s fixed. If I had paid with credit card I would’ve just disputed the charge. Horrible, horrible experience. I will never go back to this place again.
