2025-10-11I came here with two of my friends for a little self-care day, and while the massages during our pedicures were actually really nice, the overall experience was very disappointing. The manicures and pedicures themselves were absolutely horrible. When I asked the gentleman doing my nails for a simple buff, he seemed annoyed and asked, “Is this good enough?” as if he was ready for me to leave. I felt rushed the entire time instead of relaxed. For what we paid, the service and attention to detail were not worth it at all.

2025-08-24I went to this place because of the high reviews, but unfortunately didn’t have a good experience. The first thing I noticed was the chair I sat in and the desk were completely covered in nail dust from previous customers. I don’t think anyone should have to sit in that to get their nails done. I asked for a cat eye color. The tech didn’t prep my nails properly by pushing my cuticles back and trimming them. She trimmed them at the end after my nails were already done and I had to ask her to do it. I’ve never had that happen before. She applied hard gel in a huge blob with a dirty brush that had gel already on it from previous use. I couldn’t tell if any of the other tools were sanitized as she kept them in a tin box. My nails burned under the UV because she used so much product. I didn’t realize until I left that the cat eye wasn’t done properly and only one of my nails has a true cat eye. The tech only applied one coat of color and you can see brush strokes on my nails. She rushed the whole manicure and did tips, hard gel, and gel polish in 40 minutes. This was not worth a $72 manicure. I will not be coming back. I also want to note that there were two nail techs sleeping in their chairs right next to us; not the most professional thing to do and also concerns me that they are overworked.

2025-08-12Lucy did an amazing job with my nails! She paid attention to every detail and made sure the shape and color were perfect. The pedicure was equally wonderful, leaving my feet soft and refreshed. The salon was clean, welcoming, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Lucy to all my friends!

2025-07-17I went here because of all the great reviews, so I’ll go ahead and leave an honest one of my experience. I typically go to another place, but the person who typically does my nails wasn’t working today, and two had broken, so I wanted to try a place closer to just get them fixed until I could schedule another appointment. This place had great reviews so I thought why not. When I initially went in, two girls were at the front desk. One glanced at me and looked away and the other greeted me very kindly, I told her I was there for just an SNS set, and she let me know it would be five minutes, and I had a seat. I sat there about 12 minutes, while I watched a few people wrap up. The girl at the front desk I definitely feel like completely ignored me, she walked around and asked people if they needed anything, then walked right past me a few times. I watched as most of the people that had been getting their nails done left, and the nail techs sat and made eye contact with me and looked away, and the front desk lady didn’t look at me. At this point I just felt a little out off, so I started looking at other places nearby, but around that time the girl at the front desk finally asked what I needed again and had me go sit with the tech named Ruby. While she took off the SNS I had previously, she kept telling me I shouldn’t do SNS, and kept pushing a gel they had that’s the same cost but easier on your nails and to fill in. I politely said no, explaining I really just wanted what I’m used to, but she kept pushing three or four more times. I kept politely saying no thank you, and she finally stopped, but I felt very uncomfortable like she was annoyed with my choice. She asked about the color and shape I wanted and I explained just black, and I’d go short square since I had broken two. Simple. She very roughly chopped my nails into uneven jagged square shapes, and immediately started the dip powder. I was very hesitant at this point because typically although they shape them more later, they’re less rough before they start. After the second coat of the powder, I noticed the coat wasn’t covering my nail on some, and after she filed them to shape them, I pointed out a couple were fairly dramatically crooked, to which she looked, said nothing, and kept going. After the clear coat was out on at the end, she roughly filed them again, taking the clear coat off part of one nail, told me I was done and to wash my hands. Mind you, it’s hard for me to speak up for myself, and after trying and being ignored, this is why I didn’t keep trying. I decided id file myself and never come back. But I notice when I wash my hands, I had black all on my cuticles, hands, some red from my previous set, the shape was jagged and sharp underneath, and they looked like a child did them, and started getting upset. She checked me out, and said nothing, until noticing I didn’t leave a tip and very clearly hated them, and THEN approached me and asked if she could fix them. The first time I politely said no, that’s why I brought it up before, but she wouldn’t take no. However at this point I just wanted to go. I had paid for a service I truly hated already, I had a long day, I just wanted to go. But this is where things really destroyed any respect for this place for me. Every time I asked to just be able to leave and go home, she cut me off and blocked me from the door. I kept insisting, asking please, I just wanted to go home. She refused to let me move towards the door, and brought another person over who did the same thing. At this point I was feeling very trapped and just wanted to go. I didn’t get why paying for the service and offering to just leave and not come back wasn’t enough, I was literally begging to go at this point, and they bring a THIRD person over. At this point I’m extremely frustrated, very upset, begging to just let me go, and they still wouldn’t accept my request. Finally after I start crying with the third person, he accepted that I wanted to leave and let me go. Unacceptable. I’ll never go back. And I’m very upset to have paid anything.

2025-08-29Julia and Diego are just amazing. Julia did the acrylic matte black with glossy snakes, and Diego did the SnS French with nail art. My and my friend have been getting our nails done together for years and cannot tell you how amazing Romie nails is. We have never both been so pleased with our nails. We visited here a couple times so far and will never go anywhere as long as Julia and Diego stay. I was worried Julia might not have enough time to do my nails, but found I should not doubt her! 45 minutes later I had nails I just absolutely loved. Diego used an airbrush to get the perfect gradient for the base of the nail art. We have had nothing but top notch experiences.
