TLC Nail Spa

I have been here a few times. I have had great service, but apparently they had some kind of party the night before and was all very tired today. I walked in around 5pm, waited wasn’t a problem at all, but I left with my toes and finger nails I absolutely hate!!! I don’t like them at all wasn’t what I asked for. But the guys words to me was “we close at 7, we have made our money, and tired they had their party last night” mind you I walked in at 5pm. I didn’t want to argue with the guy, so I just told him to do a classic French tip square pink and white🤦‍♀️. We have a cruise in 2 days our first one and I don’t like my toes or fingers at all. So I have all the stuff I need to do my own, I will MAKE THE TIME, and do them how I want. I will NOT BE BACK!!! I’m sure they will not care, but I’ll go somewhere else or do my own. Depending if I can figure out who owns this one and make sure I don’t go to another one that they own. Sometimes I just want someone else to do them though. VERY DISAPPOINTED and upset about my nails. I had to make time to go in there, spent $180 for us both TONIGHT IT WAS NOT WORTH BUT $20 max. One pic is what I asked for and then the other is what I ended up with. Toes was supposed to match but again “the lady said they couldn’t do it” they got that $180 but I am one to have my nails done all the time so have that $180 guys, I’ll give $180 to another place that does the nails like I want them since I have to be the one to wear them.

Excellent prices, sanitary, relaxing environment, very nice employees. The gentleman who did my nails was very fast and he didn’t mind when I didn’t like the E on my nails at first and asked if he could redo it. He was patient with me when I always feel like a deer in headlights in nail salons. Thank you so much for the set! I paid $70 for these 💕

I'm traveling for work and I saw this cute little gem last night while at Publix and just had to come back!!! I'm so glad I did!!! The service was great, they worked quickly and efficiently. Most importantly everyone was very friendly. The prices very were reasonable. Overall I was pleased with everything.

My wife came in here the day before her birthday. We’ve been in here before and had no issues. The previous lady verified that everything was good every step of the process. This time, even though my wife complained every step of the way that she didn’t like what they were doing, the tech kept insisting that he would fix it and it would be better. They didn’t do anything she asked for. Additionally, what they did do is poor quality. After complaining every step of the process and talking to the owner afterwords, he stated that they were “understaffed and overwhelmed” and offered her a $5 discount. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Her nails are black……. They gave her black nails……. When she said no, they didn’t change it. Also, the only reason I pay for her nails is because I like her to scratch my back, they burned her nails so bad her fingers are sore.

Excellent! I had the most amazing experience at this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming, with staff greeting me like I was a regular. My nail tech was incredibly skilled, paying close attention to detail and making sure every step was perfect.
