Sala Nails & Spa

Today was my second time using Sala and I went for a pedicure that morning and it was an amazing and then went for a full set that afternoon and was pleased with both experiences today and I will definitely be back!

I am a tourist to America, accidentally stopped by and was very satisfied with the service as well as the nail technician's skills. Everything was great.

Called and made an appt for mani and pedi for my daughter for hoco. She went and once they were finished with her hands they were rushing her out. She couldnt figure out what was going on, she told them she booked for mani and pedi and they said they didnt hear that. Instead of fixing their mistake they sent her out the door without her pedi that she called in to book. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, won't ever take our business there again. Now we have to book ANOTHER appt last min to get her feet done in time for the dance.

Absolutely love these! Joe did them a couple days ago. He always gets them done quick and they’re great quality! I never go anywhere else to get my nails done!

This was my absolute WORST experience I've ever had! The lady, a younger lady, was not in a good mood, and it showed! Well, since I'm not in this position, I really can't understand why you're frowning or being rough with me. 1 Slapping my legs, growling through your mask...? I'm in the service industry, and you'll never know if I'm not in a good mood because it's not your fault nor your concern. Someone failed to give this lesson!! She works in my heels, which I'll admittedly were a mess. She hurried through that, but when I asked her to go over them a little moreso, she exclaimed that I have to come back every 31 weeks. My problem with that was there were pieces hanging off!! Ookkjaaauyy, I've just about had it! Finally, she threw the polish on... I'm about to leave, already very unhappy and I look at them for a final inspection, and. ... The polish isn't covering my toenails!!?😡. Politely, once again I asked her to just cover the nails. She throws some more on them, and the skin around them! Then, to beat all, she shouted that I needed to pay her because she had to go?!!! The photos are after only 5 days. I haven't worn socks, or anything. There's NO reason for my polish to be gone!! I'd say they must have cheap products as well! I've been able to go a whole month and still have a beautiful finish!!! They'll NEVER get another dime out of me, and I feel just that same way in I should get a refund!! I'd heard they had their picks, and I have no reason not to believe it!😖
