MV 2 Nails & Spa

If I could leave a zero stars, I would. My sister and I made an appointment for 2:30 We requested the check, Aaliyah and Layla We were told that Layla has her clients that she sees and that she doesn’t really take Appointments. We’ve had our nails serviced by Aaliyah before so we were fine with waiting. However, when we arrive to the salon, they said there was a wait regardless of an appointment. I found this utterly disrespectful because we were there two weeks ago and the tech stopped working on my nails to service her appointment And she specifically said you wouldn’t want me to start your nails and have to rush then they’d be ugly. So for us to have appointments, and you guys not honor that was totally unprofessional in my opinion. Sandy did my nails and she did not do a good job at all. I have been to the salon several times. I have received service in the past here From Sandy, so I knew that she was not the best technician however I had things to do so I was like I will let her try to do my nails. However, today, my nails were atrocious. I told the tech I did not like the shape she cut my nails too short. I told her I did not want to cut all of my nail off. She said oh it’ll grow back. I got chrome on my nails, which did not turn out pretty half of my nail was not painted with SNS. I had to go tell the tech to fix it and she did not want to. The only good thing I can say about today is that they didn’t charge me for the chrome that looked terrible. My experience today Has made me to decide that this will be my last time visiting the salon because I felt like I was not valued as a customer. Also, because the person I made an appointment with was doing someone’s nails, and then when she finished that person, she started on a completely different person’s nails. It shows that this company does not value customers at all.

this was one of the best nail experiences i have ever had! K was my nail tech and he did SUCH an incredible job! all the staff members were so kind and inviting and really created an atmosphere that was welcoming and pleasant :) i would highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for their services, i came from out of town and i am so happy that my experience was so wonderful, thank you MV2 Nails!! 🤍

Me and my friend walked in today, no appointment. These are easily the best nails we have ever gotten. All the workers were so nice and held a conversation with the both of us. They gave us exactly what we asked for. I asked for something exactly like the picture I had shown. I was given just that. They paid attention to every single detail. We both strongly recommend. Anytime I’m down from Iowa, I will be going again!

I discovered MV2 a couple of months ago and I’m so glad I did. Every set I’ve had done has been amazing, and the quality is consistently great. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, which makes each visit enjoyable. On top of that, the prices truly can’t be beat for the level of work they do. MV2 has become my regular nail salon, and I highly recommend them!
