2025-09-22I thought I had found a wonderful nail spot however after several appointments I still haven't gotten the skinny coffins Ive requested each time and brought several pics. I've been told those break easily and other excuses. I was also told they only do shorter nails due to time issues. Really?? Also their prices escalate every time even for a basic polish design. I usually have to return for polish chips so not sure of their polish quality. So I'm giving a 2 for atmosphere which is calm and they don't overbook so you're in and out fairly quick. Also staff speaks English without foreign sidebar convos which is a huge respect factor. Also Hannah did my eyebrows perfectly everytime. Not a horrible salon but I'll b going someplace that's a bit more creative and can actually do skinny coffins.

2025-10-15I have not had a bad experience at Luxury Nails. Have used Kathy several times, and today Kathy was out sick so I had Jasmine. Nails look great as always. Very professional, friendly staff and very clean salon

2023-08-07I have been to so many nail salons. Now I will ONLY go to Luxury Nails. They apply my SNS so it’s not so thick. Hannah does any design I bring in and it’s always perfect. They do my eyebrows great every time. Even though I no longer live in Augusta, I make sure to see them when I work. I won’t go anywhere else!

2024-03-04Hannah and her team are consistently amazing at what they do. Any design I ask her to create, she can. And the staff is very friendly and detail oriented! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to find a “nail home.” Xx
