2025-10-13City Nails 2 is such a beautiful and relaxing salon. The atmosphere is clean, aesthetic, and welcoming. My daughter absolutely loved how her nails came out. Lyn was her nail tech and she did an amazing job. I also appreciated the little touches like being offered a cold beverage during our visit. We will definitely be coming back. 💅✨

2025-11-20⭐ 1 Star I had a terrible experience at this salon. Emma was rude, and the service overall felt unprofessional from start to finish. I only got a polish change with gel on my nails and toes, and they still charged me $80, which is completely overpriced. They didn’t even offer me water, and my eyelashes came out crooked. The extra the charged me $30 for was painted the tips and she said it’s extra yo file my nail, so it cost to file your own nail when you pay for a polish change? On top of that, I felt forced to pay, and when I booked an appointment for my husband, they tried to charge him $85 instead of the $75 that was posted outside. That alone shows how shady this place is. This salon feels like a knockoff. The only reason they have good reviews is because they pressure customers to leave one in exchange for $5 off—which explains a lot. I don’t like pushy, unprofessional places, and I will never go back again. I do not recommend anyone go here. Look at the shorter nail. That she charged extra $30 to file uneven!
