Allure Nail Spa at Hiram

They were AMAZING with both my son [17yo] and myself! They did an excellent job on both of our manicures and our pedicures! I was pleasantly surprised on how beautiful our toes and fingernails turned out & all 3 of the people that had worked on my son and I were very personable, nice, knowledgeable & just all around really great at their job! They have found consistent new customers is us!! Only thing is I must go back by there tomorrow or the next day to leave the tips that were never taken out with my payment. I just realized this when I looked at my bank statement AND I FELT ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BECAUSE I DON'T WANT THEM TO THINK I DIDNT TIP ALL OF THEM (as I tried to tip all 3 of them 20% each with the payment) So I plan to come by again and give all 3 of them the tip in cash this time so they know how appreciative & how very happy my son and I were with our services! 😊😃🫶🏼👍🏼 (It is difficult for me to get to places as I do not drive since I am disabled with a cane but like I stated before, I WILL definitely get my mother or someone to bring me by within the next couple days to leave the tips that I thought were initially taken out with the payment on my card) AGAIN! THANK YOU SO MUCH "ALLURE NAIL SPA at HIRAM" You have a new forever customer here and It was a wonderful experience for me & for my son as well!

I came here about a month ago after seeing such high reviews, to get a french manicure and pedicure for a wedding that was three days later. I should have walked out the moment I walked in. The facilities were not clean, very disorganized, and to put it simply…gross. They did my pedicure first, the actual foot massage was fine but when it came time for the polish to be applied the tech asked me if I wanted gel, to which I said no to THREE times, and he still applied it anyways to which I ended up still paying for. The real nightmare was with the manicure. I wanted french gel nails. Whatever material they use as their gel immediately started burning my nails and it burned on and off for a few hours later as well. It was also barbie pink which was absolutely not what I showed my tech. Not only that, but there were so many bubbles in the product that was left on my nails. It was definitely my fault for not speaking up, however after declining gel three times and it still being applied AND having to decline a back massage multiple times after they still tried to touch me, I honestly didn’t think speaking up would have changed anything. In total I ended up paying over $130 for work that would’ve been done better by a toddler and would’ve hurt less. Again, it was completely my fault for paying and not expressing my frustration. I just wanted to get the heck out of there and leave the experience behind me. Fast forward a month later, I tried to remove the nails myself by filing and soaking off to no avail. It took another nail place 45 mins to carefully remove whatever they had used. This nail salon absolutely does not use safe practices and should not be in business. Whatever product they use for gel should not be put on anyone’s nails. It seems dirt cheap and full of chemicals that damage the nails. I urge anyone please do not pick this place because of the “good reviews”, this place has a local reputation for a reason.

When I got my nails done, it was awesome! Quick and good prices. Fast forward to taking them off…. a lot of nasty green on them. I know nails can lift and this will happen with a little green occasionally, but no… none of them were lifted. I have been getting my nails done for YEARS and have NEVER experienced this. I am disgusted. Not sure why I cannot post a picture with this review but if I could…. I would.

Brian did a beautiful job on my fingernails! love this salon, everyone is friendly and professional. Also love peter he is so funny and always makes sure to do exactly what you ask for. Jack is a sweetheart and added charms to my nails!!

I went to Allure because my regular nail technician had been out of the country for over two months. I was honestly amazed at how they did my gel nails. I even asked what they were using because I’d never seen gel like that before—Kevin explained that the gel was already pre-mixed. The way he took his time to make sure my nails were perfect… I was blown away. My gel design lasted the entire time without a single chip! That was never the case with my previous tech—it chipped every time. Let me just say, the nails spoke for themselves! What started as a last-minute change turned into me becoming a permanent client. My only critique is that they were very busy. Even though I had an appointment, I watched someone else get seated before me and ended up waiting an hour past my scheduled time, which caused me to miss other plans. But let me tell you… MY NAILS are giving everything for my Vegas trip! Thank you, Kevin—you were worth the wait!
