This experience has been nothing but great from the time I stepped in the door checking in and picking a color I was not alone any step of the way also there wasn’t a wait at all the nail techs really pulled this guitar design off for me and I thank you all soo much If you are in the area please visit they offer gift cards and discounts after so many visits and the atmosphere was awesome with different varieties of drinks and snacks for free

I LOVE this salon!! I went to a few different ones before I finally found Luxy and now I will never leave! My nails always come out looking even better than my inspo pics and they really make sure you are happy with your nails. The pricing is very fair! Sometimes the wait can be a little bit, even if you book an appointment, but I really don't mind. When I get acrylic they usually last about 6 weeks!

I will never return to this establishment! Customer service matters but apparently not to them or maybe it was something about me and my granddaughter. This is not my first visit here either. I usually spend quite a bit when I get my manicure and pedicure done especially since my daughter is with me. Today my granddaughter was shadowing me so we came together. They asked what we wanted and I told them. The lady that came up to me told me that my Granddaughter's manicure would cost $40 and I stated ok well I just want to get it done. She continues to tell me "no it cost 40" . I continue to respond ok I just want to get it done. She proceeded to tell me no it's $40 because a manicure with gel polish has to do cuticles etc. Once again I say I just want to get it do e I don't understand the problem. So she goes to get another person to explain to me that it cost $40. I felt compelled to ask if I needed to pre pay and if they felt I was not going to pay. Even though that individual acknowledged that I have been there before and they have not had any issues with me paying, she continued to explain about the $40 and why the other lady needed to let me know the price. Which I understand informing me, but repeatedly and not allowing my granddaughter and I to start service is crazy to me. Then basically accused me of lying saying that she only told me the cost once! I just left at that point. Crazy how people in this day and age can judge you knowing nothing about you except outward appearance. I am a Judge and pray that I would never treat anyone in that way that happens to come in front of me. Especially in front of a minor! You guys should be ashamed.
