I have been a loyal client at Lark & Sparrow since March of this year, after relocating back to Atlanta. My former nail tech recommended this salon, and I was pleased to find a boutique-style environment that matched what I was used to. Until today, my experiences have always been pleasant and professional. I typically visit every 4–5 weeks and even drive an hour each way because I’ve enjoyed the quality of service and atmosphere. Of course, I could find a nail salon closer to home, but I’ve chosen to continue coming here because I felt comfortable and well taken care of — until today. During my most recent appointment, the removal process took longer than usual. I had already decided to downgrade my usual Tier 3 service to something more basic. However, the manager informed me that my nail tech would not be able to complete my scheduled service — an appointment I booked weeks in advance. I was made to feel as if the delay was my fault. Because I needed a repair and requested a design, I was told there wasn’t enough time to finish due to another client being scheduled afterward. I had a nail break during my previous appointment, and those repairs were growing out. Still, I wasn’t offered another nail tech who could assist me, nor was I offered an alternative appointment to complete the services I had booked. Instead, I was told I could have my nails polished but not repaired, and that I should call in advance for repairs — something that has never been communicated to me before. Ultimately, I chose to leave the salon with unfinished nails and felt extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled. After months of loyalty and positive experiences, today’s visit left me feeling dismissed and frustrated.

I started getting my nails done at lark & sparrow a couple of months ago as a last ditch effort to stop biting my nails and I have had only wonderful experiences every two weeks since! I’ve seen a handful of technicians and every one of them from “master artist” to “new talent” has been superb. They have all been so kind with me in my nail growth journey! I appreciate the calm atmosphere and the good playlists. I never thought I’d be someone who had nice nails but now I’m totally hooked and love coming in for my appointments!

I absolutely love Lark and Sparrow! The talent here is unmatched. Samantha's nail art is incredible — I requested The Cure and Barbie-themed nails, and they are nothing short of perfection! Her attention to detail and creativity truly shines through in every design. I can't stop admiring them! Linda's beauty nail art is equally amazing. She always brings such artistry and flair to her work. The whole experience at Lark and Sparrow is wonderful, from the laidback atmosphere to the exceptional talent of the team. I had the best pedicure of my life at my first visit to this salon. I only get pedis a handful of times per year, but Danielle was not scared to get in there and make my feet look cute. Ten Weeks did my mani and I don't think I've ever had such a detailed manicure. Highly recommend!

Disappointed in the varying quality of services I’ve experienced. The first time I was here, I had a great time. My teir 1 nails came out fantastic, I had no wait, the technician was friendly. The second time I went back, I was waiting for 15 minutes in the chair before the technician came over to start my polish removal. I got a basic gel manicure and it came out worse than it does at a regular salon and I paid $60 😅 there’s bubbles, visible layers of polish, and polish on my cuticles.
