Nails are nicely done depending on who does them. They are time efficient and prices are affordable. They have a wide array of colors too. The more seasoned technicians seem to do a better job. However; more detail must be spent on the finishing of the nails. The clean up needs to be done better. More time should be spent on neatness. Overall I’ll recommend, but state EXACTLY who you want to do your nails and how. The pedicures need to be done better too, they don’t rub your foot long enough. They need more modern pedicure tools like a foot stool to rest feet on for scrubbing. This will take pressure off the nail tech’s back & shoulder and you need an electrical buffer for over calloused feet. And PLEASE SPEAK ENGLISH IN THE PRESENCE OF CUSTOMERS!!

Extremely too high! Bad customer service. She refused to fix a nail bc i let someone else do my fill in. I do not recommend. Not to mention my nails always lift within a week!!! I will never ever go back.

They did an amazing job, this was my first time getting nail extensions and I was very pleased. He did an excellent job replicating the reference photo I showed him. I also got a pedicure, it was very relaxing and my feet feel great. Will be returning.

Although they do great service and they’re very affordable they never answer the phone. Even on days that’s not busy. There have been multiple times where I’ve called to get a quote and make an appointment and there was no answer just for me to go up there and see that no one is working and everyone is sitting around, chilling, on their phones. Other than that it’s a great place to go if you want to get pampered!

EDITED: So, today is Saturday and 3 more nails are jacked up. This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a nail salon. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! I really want my money & my 1 star back. I went to get a gel manicure & a pedicure on Saturday and left pleased. However, by Sunday some of the polish was chipped and all that I did from Saturday to Sunday morning was showered and relaxed. So, I called on Monday to let them know what happened and was told to come back and get it repaired. I wasn’t able to go then or Tuesday so I went in to get them fixed on today. What a HUGE disappointment. My nails are still not right and the on the right thumb it’s half done(with gloss on one side and the other side dry). For me to have spent what I spent and for them to still be a mess I AM REALLY ANGRY 😡. I was told that they don’t do refunds and I’m thinking that they should figure something out because it has been a total waste of my time and especially my money. I wish that I could take my ⭐️ back.
