2023-02-21I did a walk-in to get a pedicure at Sassy Nails. I haven't been here in a long time and wanted to give them another try. Last time service wasn't that good, felt rushed during my time there and had a long time wait time. (That was about 2 years ago or longer) This time got ke on in, and service was wonderful. The lady was awesome with my leg massage and took her time with me even though they got busy once I sat in the chair. The massage chair is working great, by the way. Most places don't let you use their bathrooms, but they let me. It was clean in the bathroom, too. The music they were playing was relaxing. Only reason gave them 4 stars is it was hot in there. On a warm day like today, it really needs to be a little cooler.

2023-08-21I have been looking for a new nail shop due to inconsistency and the “too comfortable” feeling I have been receiving from my regular nail tech! I truly enjoyed my experience. I was unaware that they take appointments, however they will accept walk ins when they have available techs! Just my luck, techs were free and I sat down within 5 minutes. The guy who did my pedicure did an excellent job and the guy who did my nails did an excellent job as well! They both took the time to care for my nails. I booked my appointment before I left! It’s safe to say, I will return and I definitely recommend this shop to others! The staff were all polite and friendly.

2025-06-21Awful experience.... I was completely ignored. I was a walk in, didn't have an appointment. I asked for a manicure and a pedicure. They said it would be 30-40 minutes, and I expected this. I was there for THREE HOURS. Watched them seat ppl without appointments ahead of me over and over. I never said a word. Got my pedicure, which was bad, really bad, and sent back to the waiting area. Sat there for 43 minutes and was told I could leave, nails dry. Not had I NOT PAID, but wanted a manicure. They couldn't understand me. I did finally get a manicure, the guy was really nice. But the manicure was terrible. One day later I have hanging cuticles and it looks like I got my nails done two weeks ago.
