One of the best facials I’ve EVER had, an absolute treat! I had booked the Repair + Revive but after Stephanie (🩷) explained the HydraFacial, I upgraded to it. Smart decision! My skin feels super clean and buttery soft…loving it! Highly recommend and absolutely plan to go back for another one. Definitely stay extra to lounge a bit and have the peppermint tea with honey. Perfect ending to an amazing service :) Trust me and treat yo’self! 😍

A huge shout-out to my favorite people for gifting me a Woodhouse Spa gift card for my birthday. I haven’t stepped foot in a spa in nearly 20 years, and let me tell you — Woodhouse is an entire vibe. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, clean, and so well put together. The complimentary adult beverages were such a nice touch, and every staff member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. I booked a full 90-minute massage, and I walked out feeling a million times better — lighter, relaxed, and actually reset. This experience reminded me how important it is to take time for yourself. Even one session can make a world of difference. All in all, an amazing experience. I’ll definitely be back. 💆‍♀️✨

Zambra was an excellent massage therapist. I had what amounts to the best 80 minute massage I’ve had in life. She applied the right amount of pressure to sore muscles and firmer pressure where I needed it. She explained her technique during the service. I usually get a monthly massage at other massage studios but had a Woodhouse gift card. It was a great spa experience with choice of two beverages included. Woodhouse is a quintessential spa environment where the staff is attentive and maintains nice low tones. Each visit includes a comfortable terry cloth-sided robe, shower shoes, and a host escorting you to a quiet room. The included products smelled good. The heat lamp in the shower was a nice touch. I look forward to returning and booking with Zambra again.

To top it all off, Emily checked me out and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing less than amazing. Overpriced for the quality offered. The manicure and pedicure were very basic and lacked professionalism. There’s definitely room for improvement in both service quality and customer care. I added a photo for the tree ruble job I got! Btw even you nail polish was dry the lady had to add something to it to be able to get it from the jar! I can’t believe that standards of service. The picture can speak loud than words!!! Update: I called them and the owner took care of me in a very professional way. The owner agreed that the job was terrible after seeing the picture I posted. He suggested I go back and ask for him personally to ensure I get experienced people to handle the work.Thank you.I’m changing my review to 3 stars and hopefully I will make it 5 in my next visit.
