Bluegrass Retreat Nail Salon and Day Spa

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP I had a terrible experience here. I paid for a gel manicure, but within just a few days my nails began chipping and peeling—something that should not happen with gel polish. The technician was obviously rushed, barely giving any attention to shaping or cuticle care. They offer a half glass of cheap champagne as part of the experience, but it feels like a gimmick. You’re hurried through the service so quickly that you can’t relax or enjoy it. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic quality and care, but I left feeling disappointed and like my money was wasted. I will not be returning, and I don’t recommend this salon if you’re looking for long-lasting nails or a relaxing visit.

Hannah and Rachel are the best! They make sure I’m always happy with my manicure and pedicure. Angel at reception is always good to see too!! Love this place.

Wendy is amazing! She always does the perfect shape and I’m very picky. And she’s patient & gentle.. I never leave with nicked cuticles. Highly recommend asking for her to get a beautiful manicure/set. I’m using Gel builder here.

Very relaxing pedicure experience. Hannah was amazing! I appreciate the careful attention she gave and the massage was very relaxing. The atmosphere is nice here. Beautifully decorated and the music at a pleasant volume. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful experience at Bluegrass Retreat Nail Salon and Day Spa for a small bachelorette relaxation day with my two best friends! Each of us got a facial, massage, manicure, and pedicure—and every service was fantastic. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and they made sure we felt completely taken care of. The massages and facials were incredibly relaxing, and our nails turned out beautifully. It was the perfect way to celebrate and unwind. Highly recommend for a girls’ day, bridal event, or any time you need some serious pampering!
