What I asked for vs what I got. I typically don’t leave reviews, and I’m not someone who’s overly picky about nails—but this experience was truly disappointing. I went in for a simple French manicure, and the service was uncomfortable from the start. I even gave it the benefit of the doubt and waited until the next day, thinking maybe I was overreacting. Unfortunately, I wasn’t. The quality of the work just wasn’t there—poor shaping, uneven application, and the dip/gel techniques were clearly lacking. On top of that, the customer service left a lot to be desired. It felt rushed and impersonal, and the overall vibe was not welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend getting your nails done here. There are plenty of salons that offer better results and a more professional environment.

I had a wonderful experience with Mia! She did an excellent job on my nails—her attention to detail and precision really stood out. I also appreciated her professionalism and the time she took to recommend a different nail technique that would help improve the health and durability of my nails. Her knowledge and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart. Highly recommend!

I visited LaLa Nails on June 28 for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure was okay but at a certain point it started to hurt and I believe it was due to rough scrubbing but it was manageable but something I've never experienced before getting a pedicure. As for the full set, things seemed okay at first, but once the male nail tech finished, I noticed the French tip lines were uneven and by the time I got home and took a closer look, I realized the overall quality just wasn’t there with the entire acrylic/ gel application. I spent $132 plus a generous tip, and only 7 days later my nails already look terrible — even my nail beds look unhealthy and my toe nail already has a small chip in it. It’s frustrating to invest time and money and trust into a professional nail tech only to walk away disappointed and with nails that didn’t even last a week. I truly hope this review encourages the salon to revisit the importance of quality and care in every appointment no matter what nail tech does the service.

Today I stopped in to have my nails done and had an amazing experience with Ruby! Definitely will be back! The best customer service! Very clean and friendly atmosphere!

Oh my gosh!! Ruby did my nails today and she is AMAZING. She was so gentle and she did not hurt me once. Her art skills are outstanding. Five stars no hesitation.
