2025-10-10I came to this salon on 10/09/2025 and was serviced by Gina. I came across a review with a customer shining light on her and I just knew she had to be the one to take care of me. Mrs. Gina did phenomenal work with both my pedicure and my nails. I WILL be coming back to see Mrs. Gina ONLY. She did a great job on my feet and just made me feel so whole again. We did not talk much through the service and yet Mrs. Gina gave me an experience that I would like others to share with me as well. I have been having a rough time in life and just with the little TLC Mrs. Gina gave to me, she have no clue how much she help mend a broken piece of me. ALL the ladies in this salon is worth the money you spend. When I get service I really look at how I am cared for. And Mrs. Gina definitely gave to me everything I wanted and even more. Please you will NOT be disappointment getting serviced at this Star Nail Salon. 100000/10 recommend. Gina really created an experience I would not ever forget.

2025-10-22Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. The staff’s attitude comes across as quite rude and dismissive. I schedule an appointment with a specific person, but was repeatedly asked to switch to someone else, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, I was politely taking a brief phone call in the lobby when I was told to lower my voice — even though I wasn’t even doing it while I was getting my nails done . Overall, I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is not something I’ve experienced elsewhere. EDIT to reply: I was definitely not on the phone for 2 hours lol and hardly no one was in the salon. And that wasn’t the only time my appointment was moved. I was told another time I would get my hands and feet done by you (Tiffany) and someone else did my feet. Which they didn’t do a good job. I don’t think Victor tries to accommodate he just always wants to leave early. Which is fine but just don’t take any new customers. I also didn’t delete my review, it was taken down. Yes I will definitely have myself and mother go else where.
