OohLala Nails

I love Ooh La La. They have been my nail salon for the past 2 years. Everyone is so nice and always do an amazing mani/pedi. I get nail art often and Kayla and April do an amazing job! I 100% recommend Ohh La La.

All of the photos are great, however my manicure with the dip didn't last long. My pedicure had to be done by two people because the original person I was paired with didn't know how to get out ingrowns and excess skin. Then my manicure with the dip... I got them done this way for the first time this past Saturday. Today which is Tuesday, one of my nails has already fell off. I was told the dip lasts longer and grows your nails. Overall that ambiance is good and customer service is good however I'll have to go back somewhere else because for both services my feet and hands look like I did them myself. As of Wednesday 3-13-24, 6 have lifted and came off. I won't be back.

Wonder staff who treat their clients like friends! From the moment you enter until the time you leave you are taken care of and pampered. Kevin is gentle and listens to what his clients want. My nails are perfect, I never feel rushed and I always feel valued. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I started going here 6-8 months ago and was thoroughly impressed with their pedicures for the price, but over time, they have gotten progressively worse. I was first perturbed when there were kids running around the salon on a Saturday (I understand times are hard but I go to RELAX). The next time I went, I was disappointed again because the calluses weren’t even scrubbed off my feet. My feet didn’t look any better, just looked like I had painted nails… and even after both of those instances, I decided to return, still giving them the benefit of the doubt. During my pedi, the tech was pulling(!) my cuticles with seemingly dull clippers (to the point that I bled) and then I got burned with a hot towel wrapped around my feet. That was my final straw. I will never frequent this place again. The staff is super friendly and their prices are good, but the service is not what it should be.
