Bay Nail Spa

Great local nail salon! Took Team Cocco For a little celebration after our planning conference. We tried three other nail salons but they could not accommodate our group but Bay Nail easily accommodated all of us at the same time. Sitting next to each other. Great massage chairs. Free drinks too!

I have been in the shop twice. It is very clean, so I was impressed with that, but my technician I feel was scolding me because after doing one nail and her asking me if it was OK she did the rest and they all seem too square!! When she asked me if they were OK I said I’d really like more rounded edge and she seemed pissed off! When she was giving me a pedicure the last time I was in , she hurt me and I flinched. When she hurt me a second time she said did I hurt you? when I said yes and she said why didn’t you say something and I said because I thought you would get mad. She seems very agitated very easily and not very concerned about me as a client. It’s a big turn off and I will not be back. She does not seem to want to engage but rather speak in Vietnamese to her coworkers!! I think it’s rather rude when you are a foot away from someone and they are yelling in Vietnamese to someone else. I feel invisible and that she is not enjoying what she’s doing! I think the prices are too much when it’s not a pleasurable experience! So I will not be back! I’m sure someone will appreciate my business!

The 1st picture is what I asked for and the 2nd /3rd picture is what I ended up with. Please don’t say you can do a design if you are not capable of actually doing it. Allow the consumer to go elsewhere instead of ending up leaving with this. Update: Jenny reached out to me to fix my nails. She was very apologetic and really wanted to make things right. I uploaded a new set of pictures that Jenny did at no charge. I can say that she really cares and I appreciate her fixing my nails 😇

I have been to so many salons in the area trying to find the right one. This is it! Most places are in a hurry to get you out the door and charge an arm and a leg, not this place. The people are so friendly and kind. Their work is top-notch. A lady named Moon does such a great job on my nails. They really take their time with you. I can’t believe how great the prices are too! And OMG their massage chairs are literally the best I’ve ever experienced, it even has arm massagers built into the chair. Not to mention the amazing facials they provide. I 1000% recommend going here. I won’t be going to any other nail salon than this one.

Awesome experience, I’ve only been twice now however I’ve never had a place treat me and the people I bring along so well! Amazing foot massage along with the pedicure as well, loved both experiences so far and hopefully will keep enjoying.
