Sunday 4:55 pm. A Great friend said "Wait, try This salon... I pull it up - hours state 11-5 Sunday. But said closed Mon-Sat ... I figured let me call. I was greatest nicely and asked .. "Google says your closed M-Sat and only open Sunday 11-5, Is that so? The kind voice explained , they were closed next week for a vacation. Oh, ok thank you, I'm new in the area ... Yada-yada .. She asked when can you come in, I'm still here. I said it would be 30 min..... She said No problem I'll see you in 30 min if you like. I walked in 30 min later and was Greatest warmly. I was Not rushed, I was offered a cold drink and treated Very well. I felt bad, it's Sunday night, this young lady Traing (also the owner) is excit d to be going on Vacation in the morning and I'm sure she still needs to prepare and take care of her family. She assured me, It's ok, I want to take care of you. She surely was the Bright spot to my Day, I'm Happy to Have a Lovely Nail Tech so close to home now. I hope her and her family enjoy their trip and I can't wait to hear all about it. I've already scheduled my next fill in appointment. I never write reviews but i am very upset with my visit. Besides the staff being very friendly, thats why i gave a few stars. I understand she did the best she could with the pictures i gave but i cried in my car after leaving. I went in and showed the first 3 photos for my inspo, i wanted a mix of the 3. She said she could do it. I spoke up and made comments during the process like “i dont like the way that looks” or “the leaves dont look like the picture” and she told me “her nail is different than yours, i cant do that i cant do that” and i wish i was told that when i walked in and showed what i wanted that they were unable to recreate that so i could either go somewhere else or choose something more simple. I have not gotten my nails done in over a year and chose this salon because the reviews were very good and it looked like from pictures they were experienced in intricate nail art. The leaves look terrible and the french tip on several of the nails is very crooked. Additionally i also asked for and was charged for a gold chrome line under the french tips like the one inspo pic. However they did not use chrome like she said they could, it was just a gold polish. I was charged $90 for this set and do not believe it was worth that at all. I should’ve asked for a refund and had them take them off but didn't have the time as these were supposed to be nails for a wedding this week…

This business is more of a community with services. We arrived to warm welcomes and quick attention. I had the spa mani pedi. Great job. My hands and feet have never felt better. The nail art I received was super fun. Meet the hairdresser while we were there and got a haircut also. While I was waiting I sat at Machi boba tea and more and had myself a Taro Milk Tea. It was a treat I have never tried before. Delicious! Lots of great services. If you are looking for a new place to call home I think you will find that here. The owner treats you like family. The rest of the team is super. The owner Trang calls them her blessing. You deserve to come here and be loved on.

The owner of The Nail Grove was absolutely amazing. Called in a rush to get my nails filled before picking my daughter up for school & she got me right in, & my eyebrows waxed all in about 40 minutes. VERY happy with the service. Not to mention, her business is absolutely adorable inside. Very clean. Highly recommend. Definitely will be back. Thank you!!

Great service for a fair price. I walked in on a whim because I really needed to get my nails done for my baby shower and the reviews sold me on giving them a chance. They did a fantastic job and were great at taking my idea and bringing it to life. Will definitely be back.
