2024-10-20Ben is OUTSTANDING! when I say I’m very particular about my nails, it’s almost too much, but Ben has definitely hit off all the checkmarks on my list. Shape, Colors, ambiance and cleanliness of the salon is unmatchable. I live 2 1/2 hours away and always make sure I stop to get my refill before I go back home. I come regularly and it’s worth my trip! Thank you Ben keep doing a great job. And to whomever is readying this trying to decide whether to go or not, I’m telling you GO! You won’t regret it.

2025-11-15The owner or manager, Ben is good at what he does but he has absolutely no experience with customers his customer service rate I will give him zero you cannot complain when he’s doing your nail. You’re basically have to shut up even if you don’t like it and he has been very mean to me the past three times I came because I know I’m not satisfied with the way he’s doing my nails and then today I went and he tells me never come back again here you complain too much never gonna come to this place again.
