Sugar Nails Lounge - Best Salon In Hialeah

I’ve been coming to Sugar nails and hair for a few years now. It’s much better now with the new owners Ben and Bella… The best of the best! Bella and Mari are my favorite for mani pedi and Bella does the best waxing.

Ben is OUTSTANDING! when I say I’m very particular about my nails, it’s almost too much, but Ben has definitely hit off all the checkmarks on my list. Shape, Colors, ambiance and cleanliness of the salon is unmatchable. I live 2 1/2 hours away and always make sure I stop to get my refill before I go back home. I come regularly and it’s worth my trip! Thank you Ben keep doing a great job. And to whomever is readying this trying to decide whether to go or not, I’m telling you GO! You won’t regret it.

The owner or manager, Ben is good at what he does but he has absolutely no experience with customers his customer service rate I will give him zero you cannot complain when he’s doing your nail. You’re basically have to shut up even if you don’t like it and he has been very mean to me the past three times I came because I know I’m not satisfied with the way he’s doing my nails and then today I went and he tells me never come back again here you complain too much never gonna come to this place again.

I first came to this nail & hair salon because of the reviews but I continue coming back because of the awesome service! I'm a mechanic so I have to get my nails done a specific way in order for me to work effectively and they deliver every time. My nails look good for an entire month!
