2025-07-11FIRST AND LAST TIME! I have never felt this ripped off in my life. I went in for a gel manicure + regular pedicure + gel builder — something I usually pay around $70 for, tops. When the nail tech started on my hands, she casually informed me that a basic manicure — you know, cutting cuticles and all — wasn’t included in the service. And if I wanted it done, it would be an extra $10. At that point, I was like, are you serious? But I was already sitting there and had no choice, so I said fine. To be fair, the woman who did my nails was great. Her service was excellent. But still — the pricing is absurd and misleading. Here’s what I ended up paying: • $50 for gel builder • $32 for a basic pedicure • $10 for a regular manicure (which should’ve been included) I handed over a $100 bill… and just walked out. Never again.
