Highly recommend this place! Family owned business that really goes above and beyond in ensuring that you are happy with your nails and toenails. One of the BEST ombré nails I have ever done. Definitely, will continue to come back bc they take pride in their work.

Employee who attended me did not look like she knew what she was doing. She made me bleed on my toe and tried to hide it from me. She blamed it on the dead skin but clearly she cut more than needed. My toe did not stop bleeding and when she was done painting my toe nails, I still had dried blood. My toe got infected and I could barely walk.

AMAZING, forever grateful to have found this place. Everyone is beyond nice. Diosmari is amazing and wonderful she did my nails and she makes you feel so comfortable and the service is excellent. Best nails ever and last me for a good amount of time. Not only that but she takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. I would recommend for sure. Go get your nails done boo. I’m sorry but no. Just no. I came here three times. The first time, I came with intentions of acrylics - they push apres very hard and I’d never done it so I tried it out against my best wishes. A week with those on they were all bending and hurting me I had to chop them off and remove them. A year passed I gave this place a chance again since they are so close by. Again, wanting acrylics the tech pushes apres non stop and this time I stand my ground say no. I came for acrylic I will pay for acrylic. She spent 20 minutes complaining about my cuticles to which I responded I’m sorry if they frustrate you and shyly laughing not knowing what that had to do with me honestly. Are you not a nail tech? Is removing cuticles and working on nails not 100% of your job. She did an okay job in the end, regular French tips but when she’d paint them I’d inspect them BEFORE putting them in the lamp bc she didn’t even ask me how I liked the French deep or not. She would rush me and kind of raise her voice saying “stick it in the lamp! Stick it in!” Like chill girl I’m going to stick it in when I decide that I like what you’ve just done. So you can wipe it off while it’s wet it I don’t like it. She pressured me nonstop. 2 of my fingers were crooked and the filing was pretty sloppy not perfectly square more like rounded squares. The second time I went, was a different lady with a horrible attitude and a lackadaisical demeanor. I showed her an inspo pic, she says she can’t do it. I said I didn’t need the designs just if she could do the texture she says csnt do I said no problme just the diff colored French then. Asked her to help me pick the shades she thought looked similar she shrugged and walked away from me and when I chose the color and sit to start, she complains it’s too light and rolls her eyes. OK SO HELP ME HOW I ASKED YOU TO ?! As we finish my feet we go to start my hands- she decides to take a lunch break mid service and I said fine whatever go ahead. 20 minutes pass as I watch her eat, she starts and can see my nails are square shaped idk why she decided to file them to coffin. I told her to stop that, she ignored it and did what she wanted. Again with the French tips didn’t use the color I chose, aka she knew what I was looking for but was just being lazy and rude when I walked in. Did a wide French again didn’t ask if I liked it but rushed me into the lamp without letting me see it. Then randomly starts doing the exact design from the inspo pic which she initially said she couldn’t do. Made no sense it’s like she was capable of doing things correctly but rather complain and make you feel Un welcome. She smacked her tongue and groaned the whole time out of frustration which is understandable but then would blame it on me. Saying my finger keeps bending back (mind you, she has full control over the range of motion of the fingers as she’s quite literally holding them). They blame their mediocrity and inexperience/lack of attention to detail on their client so you can’t sit there and blame them.

It’s a typical Cuban-Hialeah salon. I’ve read several comments of people complaining about the nail techs talking too much but they’re there all day, nearly every day. Let them be! Anywho, Yusmila has done my manicure and pedicure a few times now and I love it. She is very detailed and does everything nicely and doesn’t rush the service. I haven’t had an issue with chipping. I do try to wear gloves when cleaning the house and don’t wash dishes with scolding hot water. I’m knocking a star off because the service is expensive. I’ve paid $60 for gel manicure and regular pedicure. Add in a $10 tip, that’s a $70 expense 😣 While I have noticed several places have increased their prices, its still seems like too much for simple polish with no design. Also, the salon is cramped. The space for the pedicure chairs is too tight and uncomfortable to get onto, and the chairs during the manicure are back to back.
