Nola Nails Beauty

I wanted to get something special for Christmas ⛄🎁 with my gel manicure and I was so pleased. Viviola was able to accomplish what I showed her in a picture online. Not only did she hand paint it, I loved it far better than what I showed her. She has a special talent. Everyone was so nice and they are all extremely talented. I was very disappointed 😞 I took my sister, who was serviced by Vienna for her pedicure, and Kevin for the manicure, and I was serviced by Alex (who was the only bright spot in the place.) My sister is very friendly and was trying to engage with Vienna, but she barely picked her head up to acknowledge or respond. Alex was engaging with us, and we had a laugh or two. There was barely anyone there and it was so quiet, even with the staff, it was like a funeral. There's extra charges for cutting cuticles unless you're only getting a manicure, but if they are putting acrylic tips, dip, they only use the grinder on your cuticles, even though I requested my sister get the cuticles cut at the very beginning. My sister hasn't had a treat like this in years, and I wanted it to be special 😔 No smiles or graciousness. I wanted to give the people, Kevin (who did an ok job with my sister's acrylic tips and dip), Alex, who did my mani-pedi (and was amazingly nice), and Vienna (who looked so disappointed in everything and never smiled (and yes, she wore a mask, but you can still tell when someone is ignoring you and only talks when it came to the job) their tip, but everyone had left their stations and disappeared so I couldn't even do it in person. I still left a nice tip at the desk because I was raised that way, but I won't be back. Update, the nail polish on my sister's feet was so thick that even 1 hour later, it got mushed up and coming off. We don't even want to go back to get it fixed. Instead of Nola, they should be called No-Way Nails.

Vienna was very sweet and you can tell she puts a lot of attention into her work. She’s a perfectionist, not one spot was missed. I’ve been going to her for quite sometime, never had any complaints.

I’ve been going too this salon for more than two years. The owner, KIMMIE and her entire staff are very talented and so nice to deal with. Thank you !!

What a disappointment. I was so looking forward to a pedicure and a leg massage. I made an appointment for my daughter and myself. There weren’t enough nail technicians to do us both at the same time.. My daughter’s pedicure started at the end of mine. My pedicure took 15 minutes the leg massage was about a minute a leg. I could have painted and clipped my own toes. Waste of $35
