I was in the area for a weekend trip and decided to try this nail salon to get a dip manicure and tips, given the great reviews. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in my experience. The only questions the nail tech asked me during my appt was if I wanted short tips, if I wanted nail designs, and if I wanted a pedicure. Never asked if the length was okay, the shape right, color, etc. I’m very aware I could have spoken up but things seemed okay enough until the end. The overall shape of the nails is not great. From a side they are a little lumpy, and you can feel the unevenness when you touch them. The length is fine but I would have preferred them shorter. It was only at the end that I realized the tech grabbed the wrong color dip (or he didn’t use enough coats to get it dark like the swatch)—it was a light pink and dip always looks different before it’s cured so it was only at the end I realized it was not the color I wanted. Also, none of my nails were capped at the edges with the gel topcoat. Receptionist was not that friendly, and while I was excited for the complementary beverage, I wasn’t offered it until about 40 mins into my service, when I was just about done. Today I woke up and noticed all of my nails have yellowed to some degree, which is the most disappointing part. I was fine living with not being satisfied with the rest, but now I will need to redo them myself when I get home tomorrow night.

First and last time at this salon. I went based off of the good reviews, but unfortunately had an awful experience. It took over 2.5 hours for a regular pedicure and dip manicure. The nail tech did not know what she was doing. It really did seem like I was her trial experiment. After almost 3 hours of frustration, I just wanted to leave already. I called and told the receptionist that I wanted to get my manicure fixed because it was lumpy, uneven, MUCH shorter than I asked for, and not even the color I wanted. Also, 2 of the nails fell off the next day. My toe nails were also completely ruined by the time I got home. When I came back to get it fixed, they gave me the worst attitude ever!! They wanted to just paint over this awful, unprofessional manicure and call it a day. I told them I’d prefer a refund if they don’t want to take the time to fix this. After several eye rolls and talking about me in another language, the nail tech RUSHED to just get me out of there already. No wonder the salon was empty - never a good sign.

Very nice place. The 2 nails technician were very professional. Everything looks clean and new. The only thing is that the nail colors didn’t match even though I asked for the same color. I would come back.

Nina and Tammy did my watermelon nails. I love them they came out perfect and Tammy does an amazing pedicure. Leo did my daughter’s nails and she in love. We will definitely be back!!!

Gabby! 5 stars. Meticulous, patient, kind! Really nice nail tech. Easy to talk to. This place is clean and employees are always going above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Owner Jenny is pretty accommodating.
