The moment one walks into LaAmourS Nail Spa you feel calm, at ease and not rushed at all. Beautiful setting. The level of professionalism is appreciated and attention to detail. The manager and team is of diverse background/ culture and this is SO wonderful to see multiple ladies with awesome skill providing such optimal service … with care and kind demeanor. They have an array of services to offer from pedi /mani / lashes and quality material use. Also a great choice of color selection. Prices are very competitive.

I’ve been here several times and last week I had an awful experience with this nail salon. I went in for a pedicure and a gel color manicure, and the issue I needed fixed was with the gel polish they used. The OPI gel was very liquid and loose, causing the color to move around and leaving the tips of my nails faded and without color. It was a quick and simple fix, yet when I called twice to get it corrected, the lady in the front (the owner) was extremely rude and dismissive both times. She didn’t even attempt to ask a nail tech if she could squeeze me in to fix their mistake. Instead, she argued with me that “she handles the schedule and tech didn’t have availability until the following week” for something that was not going to be a regular service, instead a 15 minutes quick fix but offered zero help, not even attempted to get me another technician to fix it. What makes this even more disappointing is that the nail techs themselves are great attentive, talented, and pleasant to work with. But you can’t deal with them directly. You’re forced to go through the owner, and her attitude completely ruins the experience. She even told me that the nail techs “aren’t aware of their schedule” so they aren’t empowered to help clients, which is a huge red flag for any business. The lack of customer service and accountability is unbelievable from this owner. After the way I was spoken to, I won’t be returning. I don’t recommend this salon to anyone who expects basic respect, professionalism, or proper customer service.

Such a lovely experience!! The salon is clean, tools sterilized and pedicure baths lined. They have lovely amount of different spa pedicures you can choose from as well. Lauri was so so kind. She didn’t mind having g a conversation and changing nail colors if I didn’t like the one I picked. She truly took her time and perfected my mani and pedi. I highly recommend this nail spa.

Had a wonderful regular mani and pedi appointment with Lady, she really took her time and mixed two colors to get the exact color I was looking for! I loved the aloe pedicure. Highly recommend this place! I called the same day and they were able to get me in.

Wonderful experience. Nice clean place, good atmosphere and Allyson was my amazing nail tech. Shes very talented, kind and has great communication . Definitely recommend this place and I Will be coming back to see Allyson.
