Nice Nails & Spa Creation

I came in recently for a gel manicure and pedicure, I get pedicures regularly but drive 30 minutes to a salon I used to live by. I've been looking for some place local that is open on Sundays, I work 7 days a week on call in sales, it's hard to find someone open Sunday evening in the lake worth/greenacres area. I tried this salon the weekend before a special occasion, I went away for a few days and I knew my boyfriend may propose. That is why I got a manicure as well as a pedicure. The lady who did my nails treated me impatiently, her non verbal direction on what I needed to do with my hands felt really uncomfortable, I noticed the older clients were treated warmly with care. The polish she used was old and thick, some of my nails were extremely textured and the rest all had a large clump on the edge, they looked horrible and when I pointed it out she acted annoyed. If I can spot that I don't understand why a professional could not. When there's an issue in any industry it boils down to two things: a lack of care, and a lack of communication. Not only were they closing but I didn't have time to sit another 30 minutes to get my nails completely redone, I felt like crying to be honest, I had 0 time in my schedule to get them done again before going away. Both the lady doing my nails and the woman at the front told me to come back when I had time and they'd redo my nails. I felt uncomfortable going back but for the sake of being understanding, wanting to find a place near me I could go to regularly and the offer to do them over I decided to try them again. I called before coming in to confirm and the offer to redo my nails was gone. Tonight I called around and found a salon in the Wellington mall called nail pro beauty spa, they were warm and friendly, gentle and efficient. It cost less and my nails are flawless. I'd never come back to this salon nor would I recommend it.

Such friendly staff. They also did a beautiful job on my toes and gave great massage! She was a perfectionist with my French pedi. Thank you!!!!

It doesn’t matter who you go to, all of the staff is amazing and very attentive to yours wants and needs! I don’t trust any other nail salon besides this one. I refer all of my friends and family here because I know they’re in good hands (and toes) 🤣

COVID19 UPDATE: Separation panels have been added to the salon tables and pedicure chairs to keep the customers and employees safe! The owners try to seat customers every other pedicure chair and manicure table to enforce social distancing as best as they could. All customers and employees entering the store are required to wear a mask.

First time visit $40 regular/basic mani pedi (pedi included hot towel) - and they were so welcoming and friendly (took an interest in me) and treat their customers like family! You can't beat it! Tori and Brandon did a great job. They're super close to where I live. I will definitely be returning!
