Sunny Nail Lounge and Spa

The technician who did my nails was very kind and I appreciate her effort, so this review is not directed at her personally. However, as a paying customer, I expected the service to match what I was told and what I paid for. Before my appointment, I clearly explained that I have very short nails and wanted to be sure they could achieve the design I requested. I was assured there would be no issue. Unfortunately, the final result did not look anything like what I asked for. The nails were uneven, not shaped correctly, and the design was not accurate. My pedicure was done nicely, but my nails were very disappointing especially considering the high price I was charged. I live three hours away and was only in town visiting family, so now I have to spend even more money to get them redone elsewhere. I did not speak up at the time because I was the last client of the day, the owner had already left, and the salon was closing. I would have addressed it immediately otherwise. This experience was very inconvenient and frustrating because I trusted their assurance that they could do the work properly. I genuinely hope the salon takes this review as constructive feedback to be more transparent with customers. As much as I appreciated the kindness of the staff, I unfortunately would not return due to the quality and cost of the service I received. I added photos of what I wanted vs what I got.

This is my first time visiting this salon and I had such a great experience at this nail salon! The staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in, and they took their time to make sure I felt comfortable by offering snacks and drinks while I was waiting. My nails came out beautifully—clean lines, smooth polish, and exactly the design I asked for. The salon is spotless and has a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

12/14/25 my birthday is the 17th i wanted to treat myself to get my nails done i never do because i work in the dentistry and i prefer no nails. I went to this salon in mulberry and they made my nails look terrible, I repeatedly said please make my french tip thinner over and over and eventually after my 5th try i gave up and paid and left crying. i dont like to call out on people nor give up im too nice but this was uncalled for. I called sunny’s they had the best reviews and photos shown that they can do french they way i like. The front desk molly? got me in right away and felt bad for me. June is the one who helped me today and i couldn’t thank her enough she saved me!!! she even mentioned she normally never does this but when she saw my nails she felt the need to help me right away. This place is so clean and well maintained. Everyone smiling at me when i first entered the salon. I will definitely be coming back and thank you so much for your service! i’m so happy and will be telling everyone about Sunny’s! ❤️ photos shown for reference!

It was my first visit today at Sunny's nail lounge and spa.It was a great experience from walking into the door and being greeted on a Sunday at one pm with no appointment. I received a pedicure from Tony which was amazing. He also did a full set gel x for me. Only problem I had was Tony spoke no english and I could not communicate with him. I just felt with it being my first visit,It would have been nice to be able to communicate with him. I did get very good service and will be back. Love my nails! Nice salon!

This was my second visit to the salon and my experience was amazing! I was first greeted and acknowledged as soon as I arrived with a warm greeting by Mallie. Lily was gracious enough to fit me into her busy schedule for a fill in. I am very picky and her service was great. I finished up with John in the pedicure chair. Each member provided top notch service. Looking forward to my next appointment!
