**UPDATE** 1st, tools used on me where NOT out of any sterilized bags, 2nd the cut WAS NOT addressed until after nails were done, 3rd & last I developed an infection - Photo attached - I immediately went home & used warm water & soap, peroxide & applied Neosporin. I feel that the cut been addressed immediately..it would not have an infection. Finally, I arrived at 5:15 & left at 6:30 pm. This included removal of a prior nail product to match the rest of the set (that's on me) it was to match the shape of the others. As I appreciate the response, it's important for your business to follow safe & healthy practices. ** 1st time client... NOT IMPRESSED... Lisa .. was annoyed... Rushing.... And kinda sloppy .... Took $5 off because she said she felt like it . Prices are a bit high... I kept seeing .. $100 here... $135 there .. a GUY spent $100 on I don't even know what?! I walk in asked for builder gel extensions... They say... "We don't do that...." Well they actually do use builder gel...They just leave the tips they use on your nails.. Interesting 🤔 The lamp they use is nasty with nail dust & every color of polish gel on the earth........The color I wanted is NOT even close to what I got....Color chart is off...I'm a Retired nail tech & so many unhealthy practices were done here...Dirty & repeatedly used files, buffers, scissors, tools, etc.....A worker was sick.. walking around touching everything, coughing, constantly touching her nose 😷 I'm concerned of my own health now as I was cut by Lisa .. she did nothing with the cut until the very end... Even after I said... We should put peroxide or alcohol... An hour & half later... As I'm about to leave is when she put some green liquid on it. Thankfully I wasn't far so I washed with soap, soaked in peroxide & rubbing alcohol & Neosporin I attached photos to show proof... And compared to her nails... Mine look like a teenager or child did them. Will not return.....

Everyone is so friendly and professional here. I've been to many nail spots in Lakeland and this is my favorite. Henry has seven years of experience at this salon and it shows. Unlike some nail techs that may buff your nails down to nothing, Henry takes care to keep your nails strong and healthy.

This nail salon is beautiful inside. I have had Henry do my nails twice. Only thing is he doesn't shape nails well and they appear slanted. He does correct them if you ask but I find that frustrating. Had a colour issue and he says he will fix. Had a lovely pedicure but didn't really like the massage I paid for. Not sure I'll be back. Time is money and when I book an appointment and pay for a job well done I feel that is one expected. I am from Canada and find the services and support and friendliness much better back home.

Henry is the best nail tech I’ve ever had! Not only is his work amazing but he is so friendly and truly makes the experience great! He also made sure the nails were exactly what I wanted, as I was doing dip with tip for the first time and I love them! I also got a pedicure and it was great as well. I will be back to Henry for every appointment as he makes this experience so fun and enjoyable and his work is great!

I went to Serenity due to the positive reviews, I was with Henry who fixed my nails that I had done at another location he did amazing job and I was satisfied. I received a very much needed pedicure with Henry. He has great customer service and did a great job on my nails and toes.
